Got an sms saying Police submitted clear report on your address and online it says print initiated but from a week status not changed still please send my 5yrs old son's passport fileno CO[protected]

I, vrinda had filed an application for the passport on 19/06/2019 and now when i check my passport status, it says, the status of the entered file number is not available in the system. My police verification is done smoothly and even i have given all necessary documents and done with all type of formalities i request you to please help me.

All the documents are correct but why stopped or hold my passport? Which is already checked by varanasi passport office on date 21/06/2017, liu office varanasi on date 12/07/2017 & jaitpura thana on date 14/07/2017 with xerox documents & 2 snaps submitted.

Good Afternoon, I Had applied in 2012, all the Verifications had received by the passport office but as i was studying in Hyderabad till 2014 i did not mentioned that in the Application form. later on as i finished my B.tech in 2014. i submitted the Certifictes as well as Affidivt and a penalty of Rs 500 to the passport office they told there will be Reverification. I approached to all the intermediate offices for reverification dated[protected] of PP NO;SG[protected] they again reverified as vide No.Bla/pp/14/4679 dt[protected] and submitted vide challan No 64 dt[protected]. Now i again appraoched to PO, they are telling we are not getting verification from cid headquarter and i called cid hqtr they are telling we have verified once challan no 139/s dated[protected] sno29.now for reverification they should send letter to cid hqtr but then i approached as well as called to passport office srinagar they are telling we have sended letter to cid hqtr but they are not giving report. sir it is a humble request please solve the case, they are just playing with me. My first verification is ok everywhere. still how much time they will take to issue me my passport.

I was doing online payment for fresh passport appointment and the amount of rupees 1512 has been deducted from my bank account but the status on passport portal is displaying as Failed. Here is the response I got after the transaction. See the attachment,
They are mentioned If transaction failed then the amount will refund within 7 days.
I have done this transaction 28th Feb 2017 but till date not refunded.

Third class poor service & management by ito herald office staff and officers. I went to the office to deposit the online passport form on today 10.00 am to 5 pm. When i went i see 1000 people awaitng there. After being in que line in depositing the form in reception for obtaining token they asked me to go inside. When i went inside the processing centre i wait for 1 hour then the officer asked me to go on first floor for verification. On waiting for 2 hours the verification officer asked me to submit one more paper which has to do ready from the private office situated outside the passport office. When i went downstair the guard and officer asked me to submit the documents on exit and misbehave and shouted at me to go and come again. They told me its not ghar ka raaj here. I feel very shameful that in today world in national capital of india, ito office the management was so poor as they are harrassing the common people by inviting thousands of people without any preparation. I went there from home with my child, and husband. The child cant attend the school, husband has to take leave from office on working day and all o[censored]s are harrassed. Again we have to go to that office once more to complete the documents and to face harassment and misbehave from the government officers and staff. Hence what is the benefit of online form submittion 2 months back if the public has to face third class harrassment and que. And why there is 4 number of counters where every one has to stand in line for the long time. It proves that the sarkari office is the sarkari office. Why the documents is not been check on the first counter so that the people would not faces further problems and harassment on the next counters.

Hi, My name is Ashiq hussain bhat, I am from Srinagar Kashmir.I am working in Saudi Arabia for a vocations i came to Kashmir due to September 2014 flood i got my passport damaged with flood water.My passport expiry date was April 2015.Govt announced who got passport damaged due to flood without any charge he can get another in 7 days. But when i go to passport office they told me i have to submit Rs 1500 for re-issue passport fee and after 45-50 days u will get new passport after verification n all process.I submit Rs 1500 through SBI bank, when i go to passport office they charged me Rs 1500 more as damaged charge due to flood.This is cheating and after 19/11/2014 my application accepted with double charge 1500+1500=rS 3000 and still i didnt get my passport yet.I lost my job due to this already and i pay double fee kindly note my passport validty was "APRIL 2014". Who will compensate for lose of my job and double charged fee? my file number SG[protected] uploading snap shot also. Kindly Notice my complain.

I Mandar Patil applied for the Passport & got the Printing confirmation (File No.- TH[protected] saying the passport has been dispatched on 12th February 2015 but till today (25th Feb 2015) I have not received the same. So I have contacted the nearby Post Office where I came to know that my Passport has been lost by the Postman & he has filed a FIR in the Police Station. My passport speed post number is PP[protected]IN.

I also contacted Passport Seva Call Center & Regional Passport Officer regarding the further procedure for re issuance of the said passport, but none of them responded positively.

The help line numbers are always busy and take hours to connect to the Customer Care Executive.

I am very disappointed with the Passport department as this issue may lead to spoil my career.

Seeking urgent assistance in the matter to re issue my passport.

I had applied for passport on 30 th JUNE 2014. My police verification was done at my place of residence (panagarh) in AUGUST 2014 .still the status shows that police verification report has not been received.. My local Police station People say that they have already sent my verified report to Commissioner Of Police, Burdwan District. On visiting Burdwan Passport Office, they do not entertain any queries AND ASK FOR BRIBE.

As far my knowledge it should not take so much in issuing the passport. My application is complete in all respect and all the relevant documents are enclosed. But still its taking too much time.I shall be highly obliged if the case is being looked upon as I AM IN URGENT NEED OF PASSPORT.

Hi Team, Pl.note I have applied for a passport at RPO Chandigarh on May 30, 2014, I am working in Chandigarh from 2011 and my native is in Jammu my File Reference Number : CH[protected]. I have confirmed from SSP office Jammu and CID office Jammu they have forwarded my clear report ( Challan No. 144JK 26 Serial No: 81) to the PSK Jammu . As per the PSK Jammu ( lady on the enquiry) they have confirmed me that they have scan the file & uploaded in the system on June 30, 2014 with Ref. PSP 2435. But status in system is still same . The status report says that Police Verification Report for your passport application is under review at Regional Passport Office. My passport application is pending for police verification. i tried to make call on passport toll free no, and i also went to my nearest police station taratala kol-700088, but they refuse to help me.Therefore, i request to u, plz take any quick action on it. my file no- CA[protected].

I received an sms, CA[protected];Passport No. L7386908 dispatched on 6 march 2014 for passport dispatch but today I tracked the speed post and found that it was returned back to the kolkata GPO the reason being shown as insufficient address which is baseless. Please tell me how to get the passport from kolkata GPO? Can it be delivered to my address if I mention it again.? Let me know

Applied for passport under Tatkal scheme. Haven't received even after 3 weeks. After several customer service calls and visiting RPO office found out that delay is due to running out of jumbo booklets at passport office. Their response was very rude, irresponsible and more over they didn't give any timeline on when I get my passport.

Dear Experts Panel,

I was travelling on 11th March 2013 from Mumbai to Barcelona, Spain for my 6 months Spanish studies. My passport was impounded by immigration authorities at CSI Airport. The reason stated by them, Passport is under "Lost" Status and I am not allowed to travel on that. They later on sent it to RPO Ahmedabad.

I remember once in 2008/2009 my passport was misplaced by me and I had sent a fax to RPO Ahmedabad regarding the same, after a month or so I had found it from my house only. I had sent another fax to RPO informing them with found details.

Now, its been over 1 month, RPO Ahmedabad is in receipt of my impounded passport for which I have proof but they are not being co-operative at there has been no information given to me by them on further proceedings after at-least 5-6 times personal visits, sending them several fax, emails with details (attaching impound slip issued by immigration authorities/scanned copy of my passport etc..) and I have no information on what's going to happen?? Initially they had told me they will send me a letter which I have never received as of today, and when I visited RPO yesterday they are asking for written application to be submitted (which I had already submitted on 15th of March) and they are refusing to give any sort of acknowledgement of the application which I submit. RPO officers are very rude in their approach and refused to give me any sort of information, as well the inquiry phone numbers/emails/fax (which are provided on passport office website), it never works and never responded.

Kindly advise on what should be done? If there is any formalities which should be done from my side? What would be the processing time of the issue to be resolved? As I am a student and I have already failed to start my course on date, lost monies on my tuition/hostel fees/air ticket etc.. and still there is no clear picture of whats coming next>?

Would be great help if you can advise me on clear proceedings? Your attention Much Appreciated.

my name in passport is first name : manish kumar, surname : blank
i approached PSK jaipur after online application for name bifurcation.
but they refused that "kumar" is not an acceptable surname. it is just a middle name.
all my documents ( matriculation certificate etc) have manish kumar as my name.

Sir I had applied renewal of my sons passport in july 2012.File no is BO[protected].
Due to the problem of both parents not avaialabe at police station in julyend 2012 ,it was reapplied by going to worli office and filling in PP form and on 26th Dec-2012 all police clearance done.
As per enquiry tel no 1090 ,report is that our Documents/File went to CID office on 31dec 2012 . As on today after more than 45 days the report is that File is gone to passport office on 16 Feb.2013.
Till date we have not received the passport evenafter 75 days of police verification.kindly look in to the matter.

We have submitted the passport application of my nephew on 24-July-2012. The current status says " Police has completed verification process on 31/08/2012. Your passport will be dispatched after 'Clear' Police Verification Report is received at Regional Passport Office. You would receive an email/sms once the passport is dispatched."
We are not sure how long this will take. Totally its been 3 months since the application.
Can anyone help?
