My 1.5 yr old son passport is pending with Commissioner of Police Pune File Number PN[protected] Date of Birth 05/01/2014 Given Name SHIVIN Surname SHRIVASTAVA Type of Application Normal Application Received on Date 08/06/2015 Status: Police report has been submitted by Chaturshrungi Police Station, Pune City and sent to Commissioner of Police, District Pune City for review. Please let me know when I can expect my passport. Its delaying my travel and all other things.

Sir I have applied for my passport dated[protected]. I have applied my passport through normal. I process my application and got first time police verification that time due to postal address my police verification report was not clear and regional passport office fined me Rs-5000 for that. Then we paid the fine and then told to re-process our passport application, I hail from Mumbai before marriage so I got my police verification done from lower parel (Mumbai) and same time I was told that your report will be send to Dehuroad police station (Pune). After marriage I am staying in Pune with my husband. I gave my postal address this time correctly and got police verification at two places. And I also submitted residential address proof to dehuroad Police station [Authorised Corporate officer from Dehuroad, Vikasnagar] for my postal address that I am residing in this area. Still after police verification was over at both places, I am still not getting response from passport office. The status tracker show that ‘’the police verification is not clear and the application is under review at Regional Passport Office’’ Sir, please advise us, how much we need to wait, or still we need to pay Rs 5000 penalty for postal address. We gave all clear evidence of postal address and how we can give fake postal address. My brother in law is in defence army, my husband is working abroad. Do we think we will submit false document. Kindly do something to get our passport clear.

Police officer holed my verification for only single document Index 2, that I unable to produce. I have rest of all document. My verification is denied for only single document. I'm require to face verification at both Place including here in Pune where i'm residing from 11 months only and also at my hometown Pusad, where I had total resistance of 21 years. If it possible than my whole verification should be done at my hometown. I need Passport at the end of 30 July 15. Please look into my matter.

Dear sir The entry in the passport office is restricted to only the applicant. However if you allow one attendant with illiterate person like you allow with senior citizen then it will be great. As all the forms and documents are in English it is difficult to understand the procedure in passport office to uneducated citizens. I applied for passport in Pune RPO on January 07, 2014 and the interview / appointment was on February 14, 2014. (File Number PN[protected] After raising two online complaints to passport seva help desk, one online complaint to pgportal and direct call to passport office, the police verification request reached Nigdi police station on November 03, 2014. Completed "all the police verification procedures" yesterday (November 10, 2014) and waiting for the next course of action. I checked all the complaints available in the net and thrilled to know that, I am the first person who can claim the longest waiting period for Indian Passport. I had applied for a renewal of my passport through the Tatkaal scheme on 25th of July 2012 since I had to join my husband by mid August. Although I had a valid passport (expiring in September) I was still asked to get a police verification done with the assurance that I would receive my passport within 10 to 15 days. When no call for police verification came from the local police station I visited the police station and enquired about my papers but was told that Tatkaal passports did not come here. I went back after ten days and discovered that my papers were at the police station. The verification was done immediately and the papers sent. However, it is ten days since the verification was done and my status still shows that police verification is pending. I visited the police station again and was assured that my papers had already been sent. I have had to cancel two family trips because of this delay and am greatly upset that the entire family has been put through this even though we paid extra money for a Tatkaal passport. I hope we won't be inconvenienced any further.

I Anil Pagare applied for passport on 04/03/2012.The file no is PNE P013670 12.
The police enquiry has been done in the 2nd week of Apr 2012 approx. Till now I have not received my passport. On line status is showing as " it is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time" since last one month.
Please let me know when exactly i will get my passport? what should I do for getting the same at earliest?

I applied for my new passport on 19th January 2012 (because the old one expired on 10th Dec 2011) and the police verification was done in late Feb or March, but till date i have not got my passport or have heard anything about it. My File No. is B 001574 and Key No. [protected]. Today when i went to the passport office to find out the reason for the delay, my god, i was not allowed, but asked to get a slip from the enquiry counter, which had already about 100 people lined up. Is this the type of service the govt is giving to its citizens?

I had applied for passport on 02nd Feb 2012 Application no. P005479. Document was verified on 23rd march 2012.
Keep eyes on site STATUS: Police report has not been received.
Visited Commisioner office- Response: sent file to Passport office on 19th march 2012.
Visited Passport office- Response: Not yet received.

Still STATUS: Police report has not been received.

Please help me out to get my passport.

Hello Sir,

I had submitted my doucuments in Sept-2011 and received passport in Feb-2012. But that was with printing mistake in it. My gender is Female and passport was showing it as 'M'.

In the Feb-2012 itself I re-submitted my passport to Pune passport office with correction request letter. They told me I would receive it within 15 days but till date I have not received it.


On top of all this people in passport office don't pick the phone. This is just disgusting for me I mean if you don't want to respond then just throw it away.I don't know what the hell work they do in office. They just want money. Even if I go through agent and offer some money to these people then I am sure they would dispatch my passport within a day itself. All are corrupted.

I had submitted all the required documents with the application form on 22 Dec 2011 to Pune Passport Office.Still I don't get the passport.
The reason specified in status inquiry is " Police report has not been submitted ", but as per the information stated on Pune Passport's website the inquiry should be done in One and half (1&1/2) month.
I want to know the exact updates about the passport.

If you can then please let me know the status of my passport as early as possible.Or let me know if any other documents are needed.

And please do help me to get me my Passport as early as possible because I really need it now.

D010452. my police verification report submitted on 21/02/2012. when i enquired to satara office they told me they sending report on date 23/02/2012. when i gone to pune office for inquiry they told me my police report not came. passport officers not gave me information properly and not talking well. last 8 months i am waiting for my passport. i need urgently. please do something in this matter.

My friend had applied for a passport on[protected]. The police verification was performed and the documents were sent to passport office by the local Police Station. The online status shows 'Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined'. I am trying to reach the passport office by phone but it is not responded. Please let me know what can we do to resolve this status and get the passport. The help will be much appreciated.

i am vaishali jadhav. i am applying for passport on date 21/07/2011. my file reference no. is D010452. my police verification report submitted on the date 15/08/2011.online status is passport despated within a week from 21/ 11/ 2011. today 31/12/2011. how many days i wait for passport. last 5 months i wait, normally passport period is 45-60 days. i gave already 2 complaints. consumer court is also not doing work then what people do. plz sir i need passport urgent. kindly do something.

I have put up a application to add my wife name in passport at passport office pune on 25the Aug 2011. when i was theere theat officer in charge told me theat your police verification if failed you need to do it again, to theis i agreed and submitted thee required documents again. i have completed thee police verification on 3rd Nov 2011.I surprised to see theough my verification was failed in 2008 till how thee passport got issued to me.Now i have submitted thee 4 copies(2 at passport offcie and 2 at police station) of each requested documents still superintendent/Asst. Passport officer want me to submit thee documents again. I don't understand why theey need such a copies???????.......

All thee phone numbers mentioned on Pune Passport offcie portal are looks like in good condition and ringing as well but thee staff at office end is not able to hear theem or may be theey just ignoring it all time no one is able to pick up a single call.......This is one of thee busiest offcie staff on thee earthe!!!!!!

I have applied for passport of my 2 month old daughte on 12th october,it is 2 month since i have applied,it is clearly written on website that if parent have passport there will be no police verification for Minor still passport office sent my kids application for police verification and that too after one month.
for the intial days they updated status as passport will be issued on 2nd november,then a weired status saying due to un avoidable reason passport will be dispatched next week. then this status remain ther for next three weeks. I send 15 follow up mails to RPO pune but got no reponse ,no body picks up phone in office. then on 22 november status change to "Your Personal Particulars Forms have been sent to the police authorities for verification/reverification on* (date indicated below). Please contact the concerned police authority and get the report expedited. A passport will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the clear police report. " and i verified that report is dispatched from DCP office on 25th novemebr and till date same status on there site.

I, Ashok Shankar Vengurlekar and my wife Yogini Ashok Vengurlekar have applied for renewal of Passport on 28th, July 2011 and we have a valid Money receipt issued by the Passport office bearing file No. B 018055 ( Key No. [protected]) and B018056 (Key No. [protected]) resp.
Our Police verification report has been sent by Police Commissioner of Pune's office vide their outward nos. 67315 dt 3 Sept 2011 and 67266 dt 3 Sept 2011 resp. Inspite of enquiry with passport office and their reply of Passport has been sent we have not received the passport till this date of 2nd Nov 2011. It is abnormally delayed and we have been held back from Foreign Travel to our daughter.
