Hello, i had applied for the passport of my mother, her file # pn16c[protected]. The police verification was done almost 10 days ago but the status of her passport application is not yet changed. Also need her passport on urgent basis since she has to perform umrah "islamic pilgrim to mecca" in the month of february' 2020. Can you support in taking my request up with the concern authority and help in getting her passport issued at the earliest?
