Passport Office Trivandrum — i had applied for my passport on 22/08/2017. but still i have not received my passport.

I ms glory peniel mathukutty had applied for passport on 22/08/2017 at pathanamthitta passport kendra. File no is tv01c[protected]. Date of birth is 17/05/1995. One verification is finished at my birth place and other verfication is in manglore where i have studied. But no information is found from manglore and till now i have not recieved my passport. Its been three month after applying. Please do the needfull
