Passport Office Vijayawada — passport delay

I, machavarapu ramaprasad from nellore, had applied for fresh passport at nellore pspk and scheduled appointment on 13 january 2020. After clearing in-person verification, i came to know that my passport verification was put on hold which was completely due to negligence of the person who was there doing my document verification.

After several consultations with customer care and also giving complaint in grievances, i got a call from nellore pspk to visit in-person so that they can clear the issue. So, i again went to nellore pspk on 10 february 2020. On the day, the personnel only cancelled my previous application with file no.:vj[protected] and opened new application with file no.:vj[protected]. They informed me that my previous application is cancelled and fees for the previous one will be adjusted for the new one.

But in the process, i got objection certificate from regional passport office, vijayawada which is hereby attached. I got a letter from nellore pspk in support of cancellation of my previous application with fileno.:vj[protected]. For this issue which was due to personnel at pspk, my time had been wasted and i have to regularly visit nellore pspk which is still not resolved.
My previous passport application canceled nellore passport office staff, in my submission of application they do mistake, mistake was done passport office other wise blame to me, i am felling stress full mentally because of this passport service
