[Resolved]  Passport Seva, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India — delay in passport process

My Name is Nikhil Sharma, i am trying ot generate appointment for initiating my passport process last 2 months.Online passport system is faulty, inefficient, lanthy and full of loopholes. whenever i clicks around 12 pm i never get appointment or any response while i am using good internet connection from my office.I think either the department doesnt have proper automation or theres something wrong(may be corruption-brokers etc).
My concern is that previously we did not have online system for passport and manually work was taking time and effort and we thought that we should have automation but online regestration system makes this work more hard, as i met with many brokers they assures candidates that they will conduct the appointment and police verification too.I f you think that i am telling lie so please go to the website of passport seva (while there no seva here only delaying the process) and try to generate online appointment and i am assuring you,you wont get any single chance to catch appointment for more that 2-3 months.
I fail to understand why the Govt. of India made this simple work more and more hard and tough to do. Are we able to do any work in india with a proper process without giving our hard core earned money as a bribe to anyone.
