I have applied online for new passport on 3rd August 2015, And was expected to receive on Jan 2016 as according to passport application status . But unfortunately yet I have not received anything . Regarding this I have talked on Toll Free number [protected] & passport officers as They told me that just you need to wait a week, passport must be coming . After commitment by Regional passport officer, I have wait for 3 months but still nothing has came further again I visiting the passport office They told me that just you need to wait a week So this is the response I got from our Regional Passport Office at bhikaji cama place. And most of the time i visiting passport office but no response . So please help me out . I am waiting to my passport to come as I have to apply for Singapore visa in this month of Sept 2016.
