I had purchased one litre of fiber aloevera juice bottle from a new mega store recently opened in sector 7 market, dwarka, new delhi. When we opened the bottle, we found that the juice was rotten and badly stinking. I took the bottle to the store and complained to them. They checked another bottle of the same batch and it was also having the same problem. The store owner consulted the ayurvedic doctor there, who surprising said that the juice was ok, justifying that different varieties of plants get processed in different batches, hence it could be smelling differently, but it’s safe to consume!!

We had been a regular consumer of patanjali aloevera juice, but this is the first time we have faced such a bad product quality issue, and on top of that neither doctor or store owner paid any attention!! I lodged a complaint on patanjali customer care email on 7th oct and as expected, there was no response. Since then i had sent several reminders on the email without any avail. Ironically enough, nobody picked up my several calls to their helpline no!

Its very unfortunate that because of sudden success patanjali had received, they are drastically going down on their product quality. Customer service culture anyway doesn't exist!!

I have two complaints
1). Your Customer Care Email Service never Reply to any Complain or Feedback
&
2). Your Products are Good but I have a complaint about your Rassgulla, your Gulab jamun is good but your Rassgulla is Worst as it is very HARD & DRY to eat, it Does'nt tastes Like Rassgulla, I've Complaint it Earlier to the Patanjali's Email ID but I did'nt got any Reply from The Patanjali's Customer. It is not good for a Good Company like Patanjali

Hi, i have bought divya badan rohan 60ml in the month of dec 16 @ 110/-.
Today i have bought the same @ 140/-
Which was a hike of around 35%.
Can you please explain in which trade there is a price hike of 35% in a year.
We believe in patanjali that's why we are buying as much as more products of patanjali.
Don't loose customer faith on patanjali other wise there will no difference with other fmcg multinational companies & patanjali.

As i am suffering from a tooth problem so i purchased patanjali biscuits thinking it would b helpfull as biscuits are easy to eat but while having them found a peice of stone in them... Now me tooth problem is increased more than before it was... M not complain about any compensation... This msg is just for you to please take care about these types of mistake it can me more dangerous for any child or old people... Other wise taste is so good and yeah i also support make india that's why purchase patanjali products for the house.

Patanjali product (Shampoo and oil) buy in the market for hair but patanjali pruduct not given the result. I think patanjali company is fraud company beacause these company are promise and said 100% given the result. But patanjali product given the apposite result. And my complain omly one of reason my hair all remove in my head so pleaae consumer officer sir/mam. I want to 1.5 lacs rupees for hair transparent through patanjali company.

Sir, i have a problem in exchanging my medicines which i had purchased for my father, a cancer patient. He was undergoing treatment under dr. Manish dhudiya. I used to courier medicines for my father as it was not available near his house. Now the shop in jamshedpur refuses to exchange my medicines as he says he shut down his shop. Please suggest what do i do with the medicines all sealed bottles. How can i complain. Please suggest.

The owner talks extremely rudely with customers, he and his workers don't have any manners. He openly says if you have to buy the goods do it otherwise get lost. He many a times doesnot even give proper receipt to the customers for goods. On asking he says i will give you this only, take it or leave it. He uses abusive language with the customers. Many a times, he doesn't have proper products or very old products of patanjali. He always says that the home delivery will start and also advertises that, but never provides the home delivery.

When this store was opened, i was extremely happy that i can easily get the patanjali products in bangalore. Monthly, i buy goods worth thousands from this mega store. Still, he is behaving like a beggar with a customer. He openly says even if you are a customer, i don't care. You are no one in front of me. Baba ramdev is doing a great work on swadeshi and teaching yoga but people like him are spoiling his name. I am associated with swami ramdev for the last 20 years, but now i really doubt the credibility of patanjali. Please tell if we still should buy patanjali products after seeing this indiscipline. Please take strict action against him.

I had bought 1kg jaggery (Gudh) from patanjali megastore opened newly at kharadi, hadapsar road, pune 411014.
I had intentionally bought it from patanjali to be sure that we provide good product to our child.
After using it for couple of days, i found that there was a plastic inside.
This was never expected at least from patanjali to be so careless about their products. If you talk about other companies mixing in food/ other products then first you have to be sure that you provide quality products to customers.
After facing such incident, all our family members have doubt about other patanjali products as well.
In case if you are outsourcing such products due to high demand, you always have to cross check with the manufacturer and force them to maintain at least the basic quality of the product. Only then people can trust your products. Only to gain more customers is not important but to keep the existing ones satisfied (Though not happy) is the most important thing for any manufacturer.

Prepaid order given on 18th october 2017, today 1st november 2017, product not delivered after 12 days of order and dtdc tracking is not giving any update on tracking, no details found on their web site.

If it is coming or any delay will be while delivering. Why not answered, i have no option but to complain to higher authority apart from consumer forum.

मै एक फुटकर अनरजिस्टर्ड व्यापारी हू।और मै ये कहना चाहता हू कि आपका मथुरा वृन्दावन शहर का पतंजलि वितरक ने हमको आज तक पक्का बिल काटकर नही दिया है पक्का बिल मागंने पर चैक पेमेन्ट करने की धमकी दी जाती है।जिससे कच्ची पर्ची पर माल की शुद्धता तथा मूल्यो पर संशय रहता है और इस चीज के लिये किसी दूसरे कम्पनी के वितरक ने बाध्य नही किया है चाहे वो हिन्दुस्तान यूनीलिवर हो या प्रोक्टर एण्ड जैम्बल हो।
आपकी कम्पनी का कोई भी अधिकारी वृन्दावन की मार्केट करने नही आता है जिससे कि हम अपनी समस्या उनके सामने रख सके
एक तरफ कम्पनी के स्वामी बाबा रामदेव कंपनी का टर्नओवर साल दर साल बढा रहे है वही दूसरी ओर आपकी कंपनी के डिस्ट्रीव्यूटर असभ्य व्यवहार करके आपकी कंपनी की बिक्री को इग्नोर कर रहे है।

What should a patanjali products seller do if the distributor supplies many of patanjali products expired date or just near expiry. Once billed and delivered they never take back expired products. Accidentally one such product which was purchased 15 days ago was taken and consumed by a customers baby which was expired 5 days ago and now baby is suffering from nausea. Doctors have said about food poisoning. Costumer is now going to take legal route. I was careless because i purchased product just 15 days ago so dint thought any such item wouls have been in my shops shelves.

I have purchased half kg cow's ghee before 20 days from big bazar at vile parle, mumbai. Today i open & saw that it was leaked and carton was soaked by ghee though it was sealed. I have taken a photograph before opening. Pl. Enquire about it who handled the transportation and supplies. Because it will hampered your reputation in market. Pl feedback

Your people don't attend calls and you peoples don't take back your products which is expired so what am i supposed to do with your expired product i am not a producer of any product i am just a seller and if this is your condition then how i'll work like that because i can't waste my money in any of your products so either reply now or should i go for further things

Brought divya mukta vati one month ago bearing mfd. Date 01/2017 exp. Date 12/2021 mrp. 47.50 batch. No. Muv 095. Purchased online from patanjali website. The pills of the tablet strip got detoriated in the month of october 2017 only whereas the expiry date is 12/2021. So please clarify the reason for the same. Please look into the matter asap. I have 2 more strip in which the pills are detoriated.

I bought a packet of madhuram agarbatti, batch no. Ahb77, mfg ft 03/17 with best use before 18 months. On opening the sealed pack on oct 19, 2017, fungus growth was found on each stick. I didn't lit theses and discarded.
I'm an ardent follower of baba ramdev. It pained me a lot to see the product. I think the agarbatti were moist before packing and so the fungus growth. Utmost care needs to be taken on the product else the prestige and respect will nosedive. Even customer support rang for 5 mts with no response. These are not in good taste.

I am from hyderabad, i am using your products approx 3 years, all products are very good, but i was mail you relate to your store person.
Complaint : khairatabad store, hyderabad, india
1. Why your store person take 10 rupees extra for each product.
2. He is also provide other company product also, is it genuine store or not. (If its not genuine then remove from google)
3. He is provided broken seal product & say "baba ramdev ke yaha se aise hi aaya hai?"
Please check all thinks at your level, that kind of person degrade your brand value & name, just take the possible action.

Patanjali choco delight, lot no. Eqc/ksq3 packed on. 22/05/17. We have always liked and loved the patanjali chocolate biscuits, but when we made a bulk purchase of the same from rohini sector-7 patanjali mega store, delhi. We were utterly disappointed with the taste of th biscuits. The taste like chemical and are harsh on the tongue.
It is festive season and serving such utterly disastrous food item to our guest was such a disgrace when unlike the majority public view point we trust and consume pantanjali product.

It is a request to reply to this complaint, else i'd be forced to get these biscuits foresically checked and submit the report on the same to quality control or other higher government authority. I have half the packet of biscuits in my possession still.

I have ordered a medicine youvnamrit vati from patanjali ayurved ltd on oct 3rd 2017 by paying 280 through thrur online portal webpage https://www.patanjaliayurved.net/ but till now i didn't get my product even though i sent them a lot many mails.
I even call their customer support but there is no proper response.
Please help me to get my amount back or the product as the earliest or else will file a case against them and will post this in all the social networks and media soon.
