PepsiCo India Fridge not delivered even after agreement and payment

I am the owner of Sonu Karyana Store, located in Narot Puli, Sarna, Pathankot – 145025, Punjab.

In April–May 2024, I signed an agreement with PepsiCo for a single-door fridge, after depositing two cheques — one of ₹10, 000 and another of ₹100 — as part of the contract. I was assured by the local PepsiCo staff that the fridge would be delivered within 5–6 days.

    I bought a packet of plain salted blue uncle chipps as i opened it i found out 5 pieces of chips. It was a 5/- packet so basically a chip cost me a rupee. Having it since childhood so i did not expect this.

            Pepsi 400ml Tilt cap & damaged label

            I bought one case of Pepsi 400 ml bottle Pepsi distributor (Brijesh General Store) in Barsana on date 21 st May, found one tilt cap & leaked bottle which spoiled the whole case with sticky syrup.

            Second bottle with torn & damaged label.
            Evidence of the above attaching for your review & prompt action to replace the product with compensation as leakage bottle damaged other 4 to 5 bottles. Request to do needful on priority....

            This complaint is regarding PEPSI refrigerator. Actually due to some my personal reason i shut down my shop permanently in May 2023 and from that time i am continuously calling to my dealer to pickup your asset and provide me NOC and my security deposited cheque. Regarding the same i reached out to Ankit ( [protected]) Sonu ([protected]) and [protected]. Every time they told me Asset will be pickup in 2, 3 day or within a week but around a year passed nobody has pickup the asset. Even after every 2, 3 month they ask asset photo on whatsapp.

            I want to inform you that my space was on rent and now the owner is saying if you will not pickup in next 7 days i will sale it in scrab. so i request you to please collect the asset and provide me the NOC otherwise i will not responsible for the asset.

              I purchased a 1.2 litre tropicana slice bottle and i got a unusual taste, quality concerns from it. I drank it.. Felt something odd in my mouth.. Took it out.. And it was a like a rock lichen. I felt so awkward that i immediately disposed taking a photo. This is surely a violation against health and safety. There should be immediate action against this and do let me know what action you took.

                i buyed a empty lasy packet. The falover is american style cream & onion. When i reached home the packet is filled with air, how the company will manufactured such a deficit packets. On that time i feel very sad. These people hurt me a lot these a just 5 rupees packet but i dont know how many people are facing this issue, after buying that 5 rupees packet.                   I purchased a 200-ml 7up bottle from the IIITB mess canteen and found about 6 to 7 bugs on the inside of the bottle cap. This is totally unacceptable and outrageous. I want some kind of compensation for this.
