Patanjali Order Me App — Non refund of money after several complaints

This is a calculated fraud by Patanjali and Fit India pvt. Ltd . When i lost a sum of Rs.1100 using orderme app . I tried the same thing you did . Mail and call to order me and follow up with patanjali who will redirect you to orderme . So after 2 months of frustration i tried to get some details about the order-me and did reach out to people in social media . To my dismay i find that one of 5 transaction they do is a fraud ( based on my reach ) . If i assume the people complaints are true i have reached at lakhs of non-refundable money by the company . The fit-india pvt ltd company ( owner of order-me app ) is in-fact registered against 2 people associated with patanjali . Instead of complaining here and there raise a complain at https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ . But do not expect much from the helpline . They will just do 2-3 followup in a month and tell you the company did not respond . But this will at least record some type of consumer fraud is going on . This will cost you a bit to get an affidavit required but you will get peace of mind to get justice and disclosing the fraud activity .
