I had booked an apartment in upcoming project of Pathak Pinnacle, developed by Pathak Developers in Mysore by paying Rs 1 Lac in advance March 2014. Within 3 months it was evident that no construction is going to take place. Hence I didn't pay any further. Pathak Group remained coy about the flat status and on pressing started providing flats in alternative sites. As I didn't want to invest with Pathak Group, I have submitted my written application to withdraw my booking amount in December 2016. As per agreement t it was supposed to be refunded in 30 working days time. However, on one pretext or the other they are delaying payment od money. It's been more than 2 yrs that my money is stuck with Pathak Group.
Unable to understand how to deal with these unprofessional company submitting my complaint of non payment of my refund amount by Pathak Developers Pvt Ltd mysore. Was this information helpful? |
