Patpat — PatPat Product Return

I had purchased some products from PatPat. I didn't like the quality of some of the product so i created a return request. Customer care told that i can gift the product to anyone in need and they will do full refund. They asked me to share the mode of payment and i told them to refund back to source. After some days the status was in process. I did not get refund for 1 month. I enquired and they told the i would have to send the item to their warehouse for getting the refund and they will not refund the shipment amount. Luckly i had not donated the product to anyone. I have product with me and they are harassing me to do the shipment at my cost. I am exploring legal options. I have backup of all their email and chat of customer care. Looks like this is a fraud company and other might suffer like me.Please help.
