I had purchased some products from PatPat. I didn't like the quality of some of the product so i created a return request. Customer care told that i can gift the product to anyone in need and they will do full refund. They asked me to share the mode of payment and i told them to refund back to source. I had ordered baby products in the name of richa jain from patpat online website on 26th june 2020. But still i havnt received the product. On tracking the parcel the order has arrived to destination country i.e. India on 27th july 2020. But there is no movement since then. I requested and sent mails to pat pat about where is my order ? And when is the delivery expected. They responded by saying it is in transit, reached...
