Gas Cylinder Delivery Late and Cancelled I am Arun Prasath consumer (CX563943) of Pattammal gas agency, West Tambaram. I booked the gas on 09-Feb-15 and received sms for cash memo [protected] on 23-Feb-15. This is approximately 15 days after booking. when I contacted delivery person on 25th Feb and in office on 26th Feb they mentioned its cancelled due to unavailability in house and asked book again. Now, I can not book for new cylinder also because when dial booking no, it says I have already booked the cylinder. since its not delivered and cancelled and could not book the new cylinder also. I tried the manager Rajasekhar on his mobile [protected]. Its switched off always. regards, Arun Prasath
