Very slow process and feel irritate waste of time, money and energy insufficient employees are there make kills consumer time and employees are delay to reach ofc time very bad ### buklshits, manager is irresponsible doesn't not make process fast, even many old age people are waiting more than 2hours but employees doesn't not responding to those people, does it's process make less time but particularly this agent kill a whole day ###

My consumer no is 706. As of now, my father was passed away so i have changed the name to my mother name. I have submitted all photocopy and original document to the agencies on 29/07/2020.
After one month, i asked them again regarding this update. They said that they will call to the given mobile no in the document . Still same reason given by them. They taking more than five month to change the name change issues. its not fair for them
Kindly do the needful.

Each and every time i complained about demanding extra cost of rs 50 by delivery person in pattamal gas agency to the agency itself, so far they have not taken any serious steps to stop this crime. Kindly the concern head members should take immediate and necessary action to avoid this. This is looking like a decent robbery. Demanding is highly punishable. Please take proper action to stop demanding extra amount for each delivery of the gas cylinder.

I am living in tambaram, cylinder man was compulsory charges for extra rate 50 from original cylinder cost. Y taken extra charges from per cylinder rs.50
I asked the question for cylinder man, that man asked for i am not deliverd next time cylinder for your house. So public was directly taked cylinder for gas agency? How to possible

I am indane gas consumer my consumer no. A461, my problem are i am not received subsidy past one year from indane gas. I have given lot complaint by on line to indane and also to the gas agency but my problem not solved till date. And no one give proper reply for my subsidy.

So i need proper suitable action for get my subsidy as early as possible.

Gas Cylinder Delivery Late and Cancelled I am Arun Prasath consumer (CX563943) of Pattammal gas agency, West Tambaram. I booked the gas on 09-Feb-15 and received sms for cash memo [protected] on 23-Feb-15. This is approximately 15 days after booking. when I contacted delivery person on 25th Feb and in office on 26th Feb they mentioned its cancelled due to unavailability in house and asked book again. Now, I can not book for new cylinder also because when dial booking no, it says I have already booked the cylinder. since its not delivered and cancelled and could not book the new cylinder also. Consumer No. 41802 – Pattammal Gas Agency, Tambaram

I am the subscriber of Indane Gas from the above Agency. Since I am a single person, I used to book Gas once in two months. The last time I booked Gas was on April 2011 and I was to book Gas in July that I got serious illness and admitted in the hospital for 15 days and got discharged and went to my daughter’s place and hence could not do the booking.

When I contacted the Agency for booking in September, they asked me to submit all relevant documents and I submitted the same on September 30, 2011 and it has been verified by the Agency on December 22, 2011.

Even after verifying all the documents I am unable to book the Gas and hence I request you to kindly take immediate action to ensure that I am able to book the gas at the earliest.

i am R Gopinathan consumer no. 24850 booked for gas cylinder with your dealer Pattammal Gas Agency Mudichur Road,West Tambaram on 31.08.2010. but till date the delivary not taken place.

I have changed my address and i have submitted all the required letter and copies of documents for change of address.

Since they are not answering over phone 22266691, I am visiting directly to your agency every day and they are telling that they have given gas delivery on 15.09.2010 and the same was returned due to change of address. My question is why we are giving change of address, before returning the cylinder they have to supply the gas cylinder to our new address (the present house is just opposite to the old house).

Again I requested them to deliver the cylinder to our new address but they are telling me that now I have to book again fresh and it will deliver after 15 days. Now I have booked again on 16.09.2010

Normally 21 days after delivering a cylinder only we are going and booking the second cylinder and it is coming after 15 days time.

may i know when they will supply of cylinder to us.

I am a consumer of Pattammal Gas Agency which is situated at West Tambaram - Mudichur Road, Chennai.( Their Phone Numbers are : [protected], [protected].).I have applied for new connection in the month of March and i received the booking newsletter from IndianOil Corporation Limited saying the new Indane Connection against WaitList Number [protected] Dated 06 March 2010 has matured.I have submitted the letter and received the acknowledgment letter from Pattammal gas agency in the same Month.But whenever i call them they says the regulator is not available hence the new connection may not provided at this moment and its been more than 5 months and i am hearing the same from them.

Need immmediate action against Pattammal Gas Agency and Indian Oil Corporation,need to know the truth.Please help me.

doing their job perfectly. Whenever we called to book our cylinder,
All phone lines (They have 4 numbers) are always says "Busy, please try
After some time". I have tired to book my new cylinder.

Also they are taking more than 15 days to deliver cylinder to home.
Whenever they book the cylinder, they always said it takes more than 15 days.
Other agency called "Saravana Gas Agency in Perungalathur" delivered cylinder
Within 3 to 4 days. Why Pattammal Gas Agency (Mudichur Road, West Tambaram, Chennai-45) takes more than 15 days. They didn't give proper explanation about this.

Please take this complaint and do the needful.

I have requested for a new gas connection with M/s. Pattammal Gas Agency of Mudichuur Road West Tambaram, Chennai-600045 two months back. Still I have neither got the connection nor the confirmation for new serice.

When I inquired with them, the response is worst. They are not even maintiaining proper records. I still wonder why they are given an agency. worst of worst services I have ever faced. Please suggest me what I need to do to get new connection.

I have shifted my residence to tambaram from vadapalani and i have received gas transfer order to tambaram. my wife went to Pattamammal gas agency i have refused to accept the transfer order and they have suggested to us your earlier booking may be closed you may get fresh booking in HP-GAS. And my wife went main Indene Gas office at MOUNT ROAD, TEYNAMPET they have giver recommend letter to us and my again went PATTAMMAL gas agency show the recommend letter to them they insist to my provide the following document 1). Family card, 2).Driving License, 3).Voter ID, 4). Rent Receipt, 5).Electricity Bill & other any etc. then my wife went to them again they have refused to issue gas cylinder. Kindly anybody know any idea or what we have to do further action.
