[Resolved] Paulo Travels — Awaiting Refund from Paulo travels. | |||
Dear Sir / Mam, Me and my husband were booking tickets for 14th March 2014 online with Paulo Travels. There was a glitch in their system and our tickets were booked for 15th March 2014. We had to cancel that ticket and book another . We booked sleeper seats. But to our shock when we boarded the bus we were told that our seats are seater seats. We complaint about this in their Goa Head Office. They assured us that Rs.1, 600 for the cancelled ticket will be refunded back and for the seater seats they will refund back the whole amount. I have been following this with them for a month but always I got vague response.This is using our money and cheating us. Please help us with .
