On 16th March I booked a ticket from Pune to Julwania on your official Paulo travels website for the 22nd march departure, But on the day of departure, one of the agents confirmed that the bus and operations or Paulo were cancelled, and cancellation SMS I received late evening. Hence I should get a complete refund of the ticket amount but it is not paid.

    My Bus ticket from Mumbai to Goa was canceled by the operator but I am yet to get a refund even though they mentioned I will get it within 5-7 days. Booking (PNR:[protected] have been cancelled on 2/10/2024

      Bus not comfortable.

      Bus is not comfortable and prices were high when booked the reservation paid 1450 for a seated seat .. and at the time of travel the fare was 650.

      Bus is not comfortable.
      And other thing is that they have cheated with the passengers.

      Kindly take this as a serious issue...

      Dear Sir.Madam,

      It took 24 hours to reach the destination due to improper bus conditions. After diesel filter leakage issue was detected at 9.30 am on 23rd Dec Saturday. Unfortunately, No alternate bus arrangement was made by Paulo Travels. We all passengers were on the road with no surety when the bus will be repaired & reach our destination as early as possible to fulfill prior commitments.

      Due to this mental agony & harassment, Please refund the ticket amount, or else along with all other passengers we will be forced to approach consumer court.

        Dear Team, ,

        I am writing to bring to your attention the inconvenience we experienced due to a significant delay in one of your buses.

        On 26/11/23 at 08:15. We were a group of 2 boys and 2 girls, scheduled to take the bus from Madgaon KTC Bus Stand to Mumbai.

        Unfortunately, the bus was almost 5 hours behind schedule, causing considerable disruption to our plans. This delay not only inconvenienced us but also resulted in additional expenses of the stay because the bus arrived at 12:45 AM and did not depart until 1:00 AM.

        I understand that unforeseen circumstances may contribute to delays, but as a customer, I rely on the punctuality of your services. I appreciate your attention to this matter and kindly request a refund for the inconvenience caused by the delay.

          I am writing to request a full refund for my recent bus reservation from Goa to Bangalore, which was scheduled for departure at 8:30 PM on[protected].

          Unfortunately, the bus I had booked experienced an unexpected delay of 3 hours, which significantly disrupted my travel plans. As a result of this delay, I had no choice but to book an alternative bus to ensure I reached Bangalore in time for my flight, which was scheduled for 2:00 on[protected].

          The delay caused me considerable inconvenience and added stress to my travel experience. I had relied on the original bus booking to get me to Bangalore in a timely manner, and the unexpected delay forced me to make alternative arrangements.

          I kindly request that you process a full refund of the fare I paid for the original bus booking as a gesture of goodwill and in recognition of the inconvenience I experienced due to the delay.

            I am frequently travel with Paulo .. and still i m in bus traveling from Hyderabad to goa with my family. and first time i am having my worst experience with bus staff. I requested for the blanket and driver told me you have to pay 200 per blanket .. still I got agree to take ...then another staff memeber said we dont have blanket all are in washing. Paulo staff doesnt know how to talk to people.very Rude behavior. Few weeks back only i have travelled with paulo and provided the blanket.. please educate your staff how to behave. and whatever you promise provide those facility. ITS VERY RISKY TO TRAVEL WITH FAMILY WITH SUCH KIND OF RUDE STAFF. I were really feeling afraid to talk with staff.they were using very hash language. If you guys not providing the listed facility then why you are charging the full amount. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

              I reserved three sleeper seats on 25th september 2023 in paolo travel bus 6.40 from kudal to mumbai paying 5902/- through paytm. Bus was two hours late, nobody was picking a phone and no proper message. As bus arrived we saw seats given to us were seaters and not sleepers. I was shocked. This is cheating with passengers. Take charge of seater seat and refund my extra charge.

                We have traveled on 15/09/23 on above ticket details with me, wife & my 8 years daughter

                Howevr their person name Gaurav Walunj asked & charges us for extra full payment of full sleeper seat for my daughter and neither give us payment receipts nor alloted us extra sleeper seat on payment of full ticket fare on his gpay number.

                He has taken this full money in his pocket through his personal gpay number by harassment saying rule of child aged 8 year required full ticket otherwise tRTO officer fined us.

                This is our second experience with Paolo travel. I reserved three sleeper seats on[protected] in paolo bus 6.40 from kudal to mumbai paying 5902/- through paytm. Bus was two hours late, nobody was picking a phone and no proper message. As bus arrived we saw seats given to us were seaters and not sleepers. We were shocked. This is cheating with passengers. Cleaner and driver were rude to us Bus number GA07F8982 Also seat handle was broken. First experience was also very bad From 7.00 pm to 12.30 am our family of four was standing at Satyam hotel kudal and at 12.30 message came bus is cancelled. No alternative bus. We had to go back home.
                Very very bad service. We will never go by Paolo bus here after. NEVER TRAVEL BY PAOLO BUS. Atmaram Dolphin bus experience was very good I must mention here.

                  Also take the full payment on gpay on his mobile & never give us payment receipt for
                  the same nor alloted extra sleeper seat to us..

                    We had booked bus from Paulo Travels from goa to Pune in morning, Of the 2 busses available, Paulo Travels was one of them and we didn't had much clue about this Travels.

                    1. When we about to board the bus, staff rudely said you cannot keep luggage below the bus space for keeping luggage. He said you have to keep only below your seat.

                    2. Bus was very congested inside and most of space was occupied by ladders and not much space to sit comfortably for singular seats.

                    3. Bus was maintained dirtily and there were cockroaches spotted and mosquitoes flying around.

                    4. They stopped at a very unhygienic so called hotel which was not even like a dhaba, there were flies flying around, and the staff didn't seem clean neither neither hotel or bathroom. When we asked driver to stop next for evening or dinner at some good hotel they rudely replied we will stop only at such hotels which are suggested by Paulo travels.

                    5. There was an emergency and we needed to go for bathroom break . They rudely replied we can't stop now and we will only stop whenever we want to. They stopped for 1-2 mins whenever they wished for buying tobacco and were busy eating it with conductor.

                    6. They didn't stop any place for evening snacks neither for dinner and when we asked earlier as well to stop for dinner they said they will only stop at Pune and you can have dinner there once you reach. They also said, we also didn't had dinner. As if the customers were told by Travels that they wouldn't get proper lunch or dinner at all. Truly unacceptably behavior and rude treatment.

                    7. Also, above all this, when they were supposed supposed offload existing passengers who were hungry, tired and exhausted with such filthy and rude behavior of drivers and conductor they began to board new passenger's at Katraj and waited for 20 mins extra for one passenger who came late. They simply argued and didn't pay any attention to customers complaints or ask to first drop them.

                    8. We were forced to alight from the bus at Katraj itself before even reaching our desti and Swargate because of such delays and already bus was 1 hour late.

                    9. There were infant kids, aged people in the bus who didn't had any proper food or bathroom breaks.

                    10. I sincerely request customers forum to take strict action against Paulo Travels service and their drivers, conductor and all staff for such irregular practices followed and even ban/ blacklist them from running bus travel services and listed listed Google search, Makemytrip, Yarra, Goibibo etc.

                    Please find attached photo of bus and driver who were were rude to us.

                    We seriously felt our precious time, return journey which could have been smooth was simply wasted in arguments, being hungry and dissatisfied at the end.

                      I have booked Bus ticket from Paulo Apps for dates 4th July 2023(Non AC Sleeper, PNR Number[protected], on 4th July 2023 Morning i have received message from Paulo that bus got cancelled, still i have booked another bus and travelled to my destination. As per their SOP refund schedule is 5-7 days, after taking several follow up still not refund done.                       Please help me on this.

                        I took ticket from goa to Vadodara ac bus fare and they drop me to Mumbai and giving non ac bus to Vadodara.

                        This is serious offence I want my refund or I will file case against paulo travels not expected also I will launch court case and newspaper if I will not get refund.

                          Paulo offers poorest service. Requesting all to never travel w paulo. I booked mapusa goa to mumbai travel on 23rd June'23. Bus arrived late by 1 hr. That was just the beginning. After an hour the bus stopped for break and it took 1 hour as bus was experiencing start up problem. We had to sit without AC. I booked sleeper but interestingly neither they offer blankets nor they have sheets. If you need to sleep then you have to sleep just like that on sleeper which was used by thousand o[censored]sers. No hygiene. Bus after ran slowly and after 9pm halted for break. There mechanic was called who checked. Here also halt was more than 1 hr. Meanwhile couple of paulo buses passed by but no effort was done to shift passengers despite knowing that there was problem w bus. Then bus started but stopped after 10 min due to heating issue. From 9.30 pm upto 2.30pm we were abandoned without any effort to shift us to other buses. We waited for next paulo bus as paulo was unwilling to spend a dime for customers. Imagine to spend 5 hrs without AC in bus and then when bus arrived, there were not enough seats...chaos n quarrel... I got seat only despite paying for sleeper and arrived in mumbai 6 hrs late. Would never travel by paulo for life.

                            I travelled from Hyd to Goa with Paulo travels. Worst experience ever. The bus reached Goa 3.5 hours late than it was supposed too. I had a meeting and it had to get cancelled because of this. The driver and staff were rude and did not provide any proper information that the bus has some issue. It would get stopped in every 30-45 min and move very slow.

                              I had booked a bus ticket for five (05) people from Goa to Hyderabad and I had cancelled for one person 4 days in advance of travel journey i.e. 28 May 2023. During cancellation, I was promised a refund of Rs 1742 but instead I have received refund of Rs 802 only. Request to do the needful.

                                Hi,

                                I have a booking on 20 may 2023, bus number GA 07 F 9997, pune timing is 7.30pm iam trying to connect to driver, he is not picking up the call, try to contact paulo customer care, no response. Got to know bus is running late by 3-4hrs just crossed khalapur toll at 8pm.

                                Are we fool to book a ticket & bus is not on time, standing at given stop not even designated paulo stop For 4 hr at same point.

                                Need refund for waste of time & money.

                                Stop the service, when you can provide the service to public.

                                  I am traveling in Paulo travel bus kolhapur to indore on 17 May 2023 seat number K. This bus is not at all cleaned. Curtons seat everything is dirty. Whenever we are asking anything to staff they are using abusive language infront of woman also. One lady was complaining about seat damage issue to staff then he said if you are having issue to sit here then come to drivers cabin i will teach you.

                                    The Bus I took from KOLHAPUR to Pune on 16th May 2023 at 02:45 A.M. Drive was driving bus at 105 to 110 kmph constantly. Bus was hitting Bumps at 90 to 100 kmph no comfort at all. Even state transport bus can give more comfortable journey. Hole Night was sleepless and lot's of fear. I will never book again Paulo travels and also I am going to tell all my friends and family don't book Paulo travels.

                                      The bus left from Vashi at 12.00am and was scheduled to arrive Margao Goa at 1.42pm. But till 1.00pm bus is still at Kolhapur. Even there isn't much traffic, the driver is driving very slow and taking halts as per gis convenience.not sure if he's drunk. On the contrary the driver is very rude in his behavior.The work schedule has been messed up because of this delay.. I paid ₹2550 for the seat. This is pathetic. The Paulo office is also not taking any responsibility for the delay. How do I get compensation for the same??

                                      It's 7.45 pm and bus has still not reached Goa. Not sure when it will reach Goa. It was suppose to arrive at 2.pm in Margao Goa. It's 7.47pm and still haven't entered Goa borders... I demand full refund of my ticket plus compensation for the day's loss...
