Pavers England — Complaint about the delay or exchange of shoe | |||||
I bought shoe from Pavers and within few days heel of the shoe came out when I was crossing the road. So take the heel which was removed from show and gave the same to Pavers showroom Oberoi mall goregaon east Mumbai from where I bought it. After few days it again came out and it was very embarrassing in office to handle it. Hence I gave back the same to Pavers showroom Oberoi mall goregaon east Mumbai to exchange the same and they reverted like we will let you know in 2 to 3 days. 10 days passed and nobody is bother to call so I called yesterday to know the status. They replied me to give a call in 5 mins. Name of the person who attended the call was Mr. Avishek. But he dint call me so I called at the office but some other person picked up the call and reverted very rudely like they will not exchange and they just repair and will back to me. I was clearly mentioned at the time of giving shoes that I am not here to give you a shoe everytime it came out. It is ok if its one time but its second time and I don't want to take the same shoe. Nobody is taking call from Pavers showroom Oberoi mall goregaon east Mumbai . Request you to please do the needful.
