Dear sir
This is to bring it to your kind attention that i purchased 3 pair of shoes on 21st of november from your goa airport. Photos of the design purchased are attached. But i am sorry to inform you that one of the pair has shown the signs of wear just after 3 days o[censored]se and looks very shabby to use it. May i request you to please guide me how to get it's replacement or refund etc or what ever is your policy.
