I bought shoes from pavers, international airport Mumbai six months back
The shoe is in a pathetic condition
The heal was broken from issue and outside leather was completely out of place

I gave it for replacement / repair
I was told that warranty is only for three months
U think I buy a shoe for three month at a whooping amount of 3000 INR ?
I gave been patronising pavers but don't think will do any more
Please advise on status of ticket no 30538
Will appreciate if I get a replacement

Today on 16/08/2019 I purchased 2 footwear from Guwahati Airport.
I was not provided with a bill.
when I got back home and checked the product i saw in 1 footwear 1 piece has the logo in it and the other don't.
but the other footwear which i purchased with it has logo on both of them.

kindly solve the issue in the best possible manner
