Pavers England — wallet extremely bad quality

I have purchased wallet for my dad quality was extremely bad.
In couples of days colour started fading and it started looking like an old wallet as if it was been used for years.
I have returned back to the stores at airport (Mumbai domestic airport t1).
I wanted the number of customer care but sameer counter staff straight away denied that he can’t provide me the number upfront on my face very rude...
When i returned back the wallet time line given to me was 15 days. Now it’s been more then 15 days unacceptable service and 3rd grade products.
I think so i don’t have to keep any hope or expectations of getting back my wallet and money.
Not expecting any kind revert.
For sure i will raise it to consumer court.
