Pavers England — wrong product received; refund money still not received | |
I had ordered a pair of black heels from pavers england online from their official site. My order number was pe181331. I had placed the order on 7 th march 2019. On being my first purchase, i also got a discount.. The cost of heels was rupees 3500, i got it for 3000. Whn the finally arrived, which i paid through cod, i was aghast to find that the package didn't carry any heels.. It was flat object. It was most probably a wallet. I didn't even open the package thinking i might damage something, and it would be difficult later to return it. I tried to contact them in their official contact number, but no one picked up the phone inspite of repeated attempts. So finally in desperation i emailed them.. Finally they responded. They got the package picked up and after many email exchanges i got to know that the package had reached the original warehouse. After that they sent me a mail asking me for my bank details, so that they can initiate the return money. It was on 22 nd march 2019. After that i wrote to them repeatedly asking them to update me about the status of my return. But they simply would not respond or answer to my mails at all.
