I had purchased two pairs of shoes from your EXPRESS AVENUE store about a month ago. I was shocked to notice on reaching home that one of the pairs was defective with the inner sole peeled. My CUST ID is 1002370,
bill no 029/2. I got the same replaced after continuous follow-up for a couple of weeks. Meanwhile I used the other pair and found that the inner sole of the same started peeling as seen in the attached picture.
Please do the needful at the earliest and replace the same.

      Hi,
      I purchased your leather ladies handbag at one of the airports that i was visiting on marc 12th. Right after that - india was shut for a good 2 months and we are still not in a normal office going schedule. Which means that the bag wasn't used for long and already the handle has come off... I would need this product replaced. I have made payments online and i have details of the same - which can be verified. Please advise a solution as to how i can get a replacement for this below standard product that i bought.

        I have been using this bag for last couple of months and I see the inside cloth has been torn and interior of the bag seems to be made of inferior material

            I had purchased this shoes form your phoenix mill outlet on 26th january 2020,
            This size of 6 number was not available so your store manager told me to pay the amount and the shoe will be delivered at my residence. For which i got a manual bill.
            I received the shoe on 30th january 2020.
            The received goods were defective to the extent that the stitching of the top edge was improper. I immediately contacted your store and phoenix mill and informed them, they told me they will try to pick up and deliver a new one. But unfortunately after repeated followups the finally said that they cannot deliver it to me and that i have to personally come and collect it from the store.

            I went to the store on 3rd february they showed me an other pair of shoes, but those shoes were also defective in terms of the color tone, the color of the second tone was so much so that the entire shoes had turned dark brown rather than remaining tan in color. I pointed out the same to your store manager, he tried explaining to me that this shoe has got little more burnt and etc etc, which i did not agree to.

            Finally i requested him to change my pair of shoes but he said that it cannot happen as he does not have any more 6 number shoes of the model i have selected.
            1. I told him to check with other outlets which he denied to
            2. I told him to repair this shoes for me to which he replied that if the shoe gets spoiled further then the store will not be responsible.
            3. I told him that pls give me a refund, to which he said in sale there in no refund and no exchange
            4. I told him that i have been following for the computersized bill with my gst number on it which i have not recieved it date, to which he said we have emailed you

            Now finally what should i do???
            1. I need the computersied gst bill of my purchase on my email address [protected]@yahoo.com
            2. I need a replacement of my shoes with the ok one (Left pair is having a problem)
            3. I dont want a refund, l love the shoes hence i want the same shoes with proper finishing

              I am using Pavers england shoes since last 8.0 years.
              But in Hyderabad city all pavers england shoes showrooms are closed and I am unable purchase pavers shoes in Hyderabad city .

                I was told by pavers england (Phoenix marketcity, bangalore) salesman to purchase a shoe which was not available in the store at that point of time. I asked him that i will see the required product in some other store but they told me if i order from their showroom required shoes will be delivered to me by 25th dec 2019. It's 5th january 2020 and i am yet to receive my product. And the employees of that showroom are not helping me at all.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I am pertubed and disturbed/irritated at the behaviour and casual lackadaisical attitude of pavers england and it's store in charge at phoenix outlet. I had bought a pair of slipper sandals from phoenix outlet and after wearing the same for a few occasions the stiching wore out/gave away. I took them to the store and the store manager assured to resolve the issue and grant a replacement for the manufacturing defect merchandise. I have been rigourously following up with the store manager but what is given are vague replies and not consumer friendly treatment. My receipt number is cgf 1155 dated 28/08/2019. I had a similar problem with bata india and the store manager instantly exchanged the merchandise across the counter after seeking telephonic approval of the qc team. So much from a company which prides in calling itself pavers england.

                    Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible or else i will be constrained to take such further remedial action as may be deemed fit in the case at your cost and consquences.

                      I have raised a refund request against my order. My shoes were collected by blue dart courier on 7.9.2019. But till date, there is no response from pavers england. They are not responding to mails and calls. There is no way i can contact them.

                      I had purchased these shoes from the official website of pavers england.

                      Pls help me get my money back at the earliest.

                        I bought a pair of sandals from pavers england express avenue chennai and the footwear is in good condition but the one of the soles have fallen off. Im even willing to pay for the repair but the shop is not willing to repair the pair of sandals for me. Now what do i do? And no one else is willing to do it for me. Kindly give me a solution. If the sole is replaced. I can very well wear the pair of sandals

                          I bought shoes from pavers, international airport Mumbai six months back
                          The shoe is in a pathetic condition
                          The heal was broken from issue and outside leather was completely out of place

                          I gave it for replacement / repair
                          I was told that warranty is only for three months
                          U think I buy a shoe for three month at a whooping amount of 3000 INR ?
                          I gave been patronising pavers but don't think will do any more

                          I was not provided with a bill.
                          when I got back home and checked the product i saw in 1 footwear 1 piece has the logo in it and the other don't.
                          but the other footwear which i purchased with it has logo on both of them.

                            This is to bring to your notice that i ordered a pair of sandals from Pavers England worth Rs 2, 999 on 11 April, 2019. The mentioned amount had been deducted from my account but unfortunately i didn't receive any delivery for many days. I called Pavers Customer Care and mailed them several times and on 17 May, Pavers responded back through Smita Patil. She asked for all my bank details and the required information and assured me that my amount will be refunded. Since then, after making several calls there is no response from her side.

                            I request you to look into the matter as soon as possible.

                              I placed an order on 7th may 2019 through debit card payment and i have not received the item even till today, almost a month already. They provided a wrong tracking number so i cannot even track where my item is! I called them through their number so many times yet no reply so far. So i contacted them through email and they said they are working on tracking where my order is and yet no reply again after a week now! I asked them to cancel it and refund the money, again no reply whatsoever! Just 2 days before i ordered this i had made another order through cash on delivery and i received it within 2days. Why is it that as soon as i made online payment it’s taking a month to receive my order? Is pavers england a fraud company? I never expected such poor conduct and customer care from a supposedly high and well known company!!! Please fix this issue.

                                I have returned the shoes because they were tight fit within 24 hour in the condition i had received them. I had returned the shoes on 10/5/19
                                But since then i have contacted the delivery company who confirmed that the shoe reached the vendor on 14/5/19 but no refund has been initiated. I have sent many mails and called their customer support number 100 times but no body picks it up and they never return the call

The monies were debited from my account however i have not received the confirmation or tracking id from your end.                                   On april 1st, i had sent an email to [protected]@paversengland.com describing the issue of the cracked sole and mentioning the following:
                                  “i am quite dissatisfied with what has happened and had not expected this for an expensive product from a company like pavers. I sincerely hope that the sandals are mended and returned”. I also attached an image of the product.

                                  Again on april 30, i send another reminder email yet received no response.
                                  Due to this i am now contacting consumer complaints and hope that this issue can be resolved.

                                    I had purchased a black ladies handbag from Bhubaneswar Airport on 8th Feb. 2017.
                                    At the time of purchase I was told the bag Had a lifetime warranty.
                                    The handles of the bag are breaking from near the top rivets. Bag used 8 or 10 times.
                                    There is also some peeling of the skin at the bag corners on both sides.
                                    Amount paid by ICICI debit card Rs 2, 799/-
                                    Bag cannot be used.
                                    Please arrange to Refund the money and collect the defective bag.

                                      Pavers england is a big online fraud.
                                      I selected a pair of shoes showing 70% discount. When i checked out for payment the discount changed to 30%. When zip contacted them i was told the discount is color dependent. I was informed that brown color is 70%. I said ok, i shall go with brown.
                                      When i selected brown it showed out of stock. Good going so far. The customer care was contacted again. They said they will look into. They reverted next day saying it has been made available. I immediately bought one and my order was confirmed for never to be delivered. I am still waiting for it since last one week. What do you make out of this? It is just fooling around with the people.

                                        I ordered for shoes on 28th of march 2019 from pavers india official website and paid for the same from my credit card. Got an official confirmation on the same date giving my order no.: pe181646

                                        Till date have not received my shoes. Tried calling up on the tel no given in the website but no answer. I have also sent emails for the same on the given email id but no reply for the same as well.
