[Resolved] Pavithra Bandhan — refund not received | |||
We have registered my brother profile in tamil matrimony. I dont know how but these people from pavithra bandhan contacted us saying than 2 profiles have come and they are interested in my brothers profile and they asked us to pay for their service so they will share the profiles and the further details. My brother is physically challenged and its really hard to find any profile which they accept his condition so as they said the profiles they have have accepted so we made a payment of rs.7500. They said the relationship manager will contact us but no one contacted and then after calling them many times they sent us the profile with no proper information in which one profiles contact number was not working and the second profile havent even seen my brothers profile. They have sent 4 profile so far saying they have accepted but they also have not seen my brothers profile. No proper contact number no one responds properly and its not a proper service at all its a fraud. I am demanding refund but they are not responding. Was this information helpful? | |||
