Dear sir/madam I have already given complaint many times for mobile not recharged for success txn no[protected], mobile no. [protected] but the till date you don't provide any solution. You are saying that this transaction was successful but i myself talk to vodafone customer care and they said that on 18th october 2017 there was no any type of recharge in this mobile number. They also said that please check your transaction this was 100% failed. If you think that i am saying wrong then please talk to vodafone customer care & clear the issue. For me you are the person who recharge behalf on me. This mobile no recharged by you guys, if there is any problem please resolve the issue. I have already paid back rs 50 to the customer now please tell me why should i bear this amount. Please resolve this issue otherwise close my pay point account & refund my wallet balance.
