[Resolved] Pay U — non refund of money | |
Hello i am upender i booked a train ticket from irctc debit card on 7 june 2018 of rs 4700 and the gate way used was pay u. Due to some reason i cancelled the ticket on 8 june 2018. Accordind to irctc they refund the amountof rs 4490 through the gateway means pay u on 11 june but no amount was created on my account as talked to my bank they are telling that they haven t receive any amount, this means the mediator pay u not credit my money back.
