[Resolved]  Pay U — Payment got deducted from my account, but BBMP claims it has not received

Hello Sir,

we have made a online transaction of Rs.8844.54 to BBMP via Pay U money on[protected].

The Money has been deducted from our my account, while the Transaction showed as failed.

The BBMP Claims that the amount has not reached their account, while i have not received back the amount.

Kindly request you to let me know the actual status of the above said transaction.
