      Hi,
      I have paid my Bengaluru Property Tax via PayU gateway on April 16, 2021.The Transaction ID is[protected].After transaction, the payment status was "Success" and now it says "Validity Expired". But the amount is been debited from my account.
      However the payment is not been reflected in bbmp site and hence I am unable to download the receipt.
      Please check and confirm the same

        First of all these are my failed txn details, "Dear Customer, Thx for INB txn of Rs.545.65 frm A/c X9054 to PayU Payme. Ref IGAKYXVDI3 on 17Apr21. If not done, fwd this SMS to [protected] to block INB or call [protected]-SBI. " So my banker say my account debited, but how this site says no transactions happened. They do not have customer care email??? Why????, how a customer will reach you out???...your automated customer care assistant socks, the amount is less...but now I will not use your site ever for payment, because you are dangerous for customer.

        As checked, this is a failed transaction via PayU id [protected] and we have not received any funds for the same. You need to contact your issuing bank in case any accidental debit has happened from your bank account.

            I had ordered twice from the same site https://summeroutwest.in/collections/frontpage and the payment gateway was PAYUMONEY.

            The first transaction was successful but my page did not load and the order was not placed which was done from Google Pay UPI (attached).

            As there was no contact details on this particular site I placed an order again and paid through debit card this time. The transaction was successful and the order was placed. But there is no response from the merchant even after mailing them my problem. Placing the order again gave me this particular mail (as attached) asking me to redirect to https://urban-lady.in/ to know the status of my order which I failed to do so as the contact details aren't responsive that are provided.

            I want a refund for both the transaction (total amount of Rs.996) and I want to cancel my orders for the same as there is no response from the merchant. Please look into this matter and help me out.

            I have no reply from the merchant whatsoever. It is your sole duty to please look up to this matter and process the refund. This is a fraud company and you should re-check information before making any verified merchants. I want a strict action to be taken against this ASAP.

                Payment got deducted from my account, but BBMP claims it has not received

                Hello Sir,

                we have made a online transaction of Rs.8844.54 to BBMP via Pay U money on[protected].

                The Money has been deducted from our my account, while the Transaction showed as failed.

                The BBMP Claims that the amount has not reached their account, while i have not received back the amount.

                Kindly request you to let me know the actual status of the above said transaction.

                              I have register to payu money as a reseller partner and successfully referred the multiple merchant.

                              and as per payu money policy and agreement I should received 40704.78 INR.

                              But I couldn't received any amount, I have done multiple follow up with PayUMoney team but they are just bluffing from last 6 - 7 month. PFA for email conversation for reference.

                              They have failed to provide my commission as per deadline and agreement.

                                i am having 1510 rupees in my payumoney gateway and i am not getting any money in my bank account, i did it verified also. in the settlement field, it is showing "in hold" i don't know when it will be come into a proceess, i am very sad about it, i am a small chlid. collects money by too much efforts and i am not receiving a single penny.

It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback at your issuing bank.

                                      On 4 April 2021 I have Purhcased a Foldable Ladder from Kitchenin_com.myshopify.com for the amount of Rs 799 using Payu Payment Gateway with transaction No [protected]. I have been contacting via twitter with PayUMoney team since then and I fail to receive the delivery of Item nor the refund.

                                      I have Processed the Payment only because of PayU Payment Gateway as they are reputated and it's very frustrating to see that they are keeping mum on this transaction.

                                      Please take note that by this utter silence you are also being part of this fradulent transaction, kindly put yourself in our shoes by loosing hard earned money by only trusting your Payment Gateway.
