First of all these are my failed txn details, "Dear Customer, Thx for INB txn of Rs.545.65 frm A/c X9054 to PayU Payme. Ref IGAKYXVDI3 on 17Apr21. If not done, fwd this SMS to [protected] to block INB or call [protected]-SBI. " So my banker say my account debited, but how this site says no transactions happened. They do not have customer care email??? Why????, how a customer will reach you out???...your automated customer care assistant socks, the amount is less...but now I will not use your site ever for payment, because you are dangerous for customer.

As checked, this is a failed transaction via PayU id [protected] and we have not received any funds for the same. You need to contact your issuing bank in case any accidental debit has happened from your bank account.
