Paying Guest — Complaint against PG owner for not returning Advance money.

I informed my owner in one month advance that I'll vacant the room on 30May, even I vacant the room on 30May, n pay rend of June, although he had my Advance money of ₹6000, if he want, can adjust the money in rent but he didn't. And I asked him to credit the advance deposit in my account . But earlier he was not ready to giving back to me, it's being 2 months, now he is not responding on my messages.
