He is a fraud person running pg in phase 5 who never refunds security amount of persons . first he will act very gently when you visit . he will show his colors on leaving . he makes excuses, dont pick calls when asked for money . you pay him electricity bill then he asks for more and more his greed for money never end . dont go to this man, he will mentally torture you . he runs business very unethically .students also leave before a month . once he takes money he will not listen to any complaints or issues .
