Paying Guest — Pg owner not returning my security money

I was living in a Paying Guest in Milap Nagar, Mangal Bazar Road, Uttam Nagar-110059 infront of Balaji Accessories. I was shifted in a pg a month ago, food provided in pg is very bad in taste, drinking water smell & taste is really very bad. WC was not clean it was very dirty ever shower was not working properly. Caretaker named Raja had took security amount and i’d told him 10 days before leaving Paying Guest that i was leaving this Paying Guest as i got my job in Gurgaon and i am relocating to Gurgaon. On the day of leaving Paying Guest caretaker refused to return my security amount as he was drinking all the time he threatened me that he won’t gave me my security amount on these word i told if you won’t return my security money i will tell your Madam (Shivali Jain) and will call the cops as you are threatening me. He told me call the cops if you won’t call the cops he will through me out right now he told cops can’t do anything to him as his Madam (Shivali Jain) will took care of cops.
