Paying Guest — she didn't give food properly

Hello,
I am staying in the Vaisnavi pg kundanhali brookefield benglore since feb 2019 and the food is just good for intial days i didn't change pg due to my office is neer by pg. PG owner didn't give food properly on time. Dinner timing in pg is 8 pm to 10 pm. If you go by 9.30 pm vegetable is not there when you ask for it pg owner replied, I am paying 8 lakh, you are giving 6K from next month you have to give 7k or vacant the pg. He is torching always bathroom sheet has broken from last 3 month, I asked to replace again he was asking to increase room rent.
I think Pg is not register this is unauthorised pg because he is not giving monthly receipt for rent. Also he took 2k for security deposit and not give receipt.He asked me to vacant the pg within one week.
I don't know where do I complain, I found this site on google.

I am staying in a pg called Dattatreya ladies pg in AECS A block, Brookfield. There is no security and no CCTV in pg, they are serving unhygienic, low variety and high salt food and sometimes they serve stale food. Also earlier the drinking water pots were dirty. When I went and said very politely that please take care of these things he said don't spread [censored] here and he started abusing and shouting at me the workers there also said don't come and complain here for small things. This is the 3rd PG in this area and the owners don't let you speak about the truth and here they took 15k deposit and deducting 2k for no reason.
