Payme India — CIBIL Dispute

1st Communication was on 4th June 2021.

I had loan account with Payme India. I was a regular customer and had paid all the loans regularly till the last loan that I availed. Just because of an emergency hospitalization during COVID pandemic I had a cash crunch and had to settle the loan temporarily.

Last month on 4th June, After a lot of calls since Payme does not have a contact number that works, I contacted Collection team and paid the written off amount too. And requested for the update of same to CIBIL.

It is 3rd July today, 1 month after the payment I have received 3 mails that the details have been updated however since i have the regular subscription on checking the details found that the loan is still showing settled.

I have shared CIBIL details on every mail that the details have not been updated only to receive a copy paste response. I have also filed a CDS with CIBIL on 11th June which is also not responded by Pay Me as per the details shared by Cibil customer support. (Attachment of email received today from CIBIL)

Please help to expedite the process and remove the Settled Status from my CIBIL report against Payme India.
