I have used Tech. Process gate way for payment of my land line bill to BSNL, on 24th Feb. at about 6.45 pm.
An amount of ₹117 was to be tranferred, but so far it is not done. I have confirmed this from BSNL. BUT,
₹117 WAS DEBITED from my South Indian Bank S /B account.
Against my land line no.
[protected], I have processsd the payment
Pl. Do the needful urgently.
I am 76 year old, sick person and hence please don't trouble me much.
