I have paid my college fees in IOB online educational institution category, Through upi phone pe app and the transaction was successful to techprocess on the date of 11/03/2021 march of 17000₹ But status shows failure in merchant bank. And my money was debited from my account.
And money has not been refunded to my account till now 72hours has gone.
The last day to pay my fees is on 18/03/2021 march. but I am waiting for the refund of my money which has not been credited till now. My track Id number is IP[protected]. And my bank reference number is [protected]. I kindly request you to solve my issue as soon as possible.

Today I was done net banking for Rs.14400 from Union bank of India to ICICI Securities Ltd; payment through TECHPROCESS at 11.27 a.m. reference ID[protected]. Amount debited from my account but not received to ICICI Securities Ltd; Please verify and revert to my Union Bank of India account immediately.

      Hello, I'm Sayan Sur.

      While I'm making a payment(at 7:05 PM of 10-Mar-2021) for my B.Ed. admission form under The University of Burdwan. The amount of money (which was ₹307.69) got deducted from my Paytm Payments Bank(Bank reference number:[protected], but the transaction was not completed.

      So my polite request to you and your teams, please take necessary steps and let me know regarding this issue.

            For the Failed transactions, Refunds are initiated automatically all the time. Sometimes they are not done.

                      I have used Tech. Process gate way for payment of my land line bill to BSNL, on 24th Feb. at about 6.45 pm.
                      An amount of ₹117 was to be tranferred, but so far it is not done. I have confirmed this from BSNL. BUT,
                      ₹117 WAS DEBITED from my South Indian Bank S /B account.
