Payment not Credited to Beneficiary

I paid my property tax through ambarnathcouncil.net via axis bank net banking at 5:56pm on 15th November 2020. The amount deducted from my account but hasn't been credited to the tax portal...

On 06-November-2020 JVNL Urja Mitra Jharkhand says that online payment of Rs98/- failed via UPI & hence payment confirmation receipt not generated.

However Google Pay UPI Transaction ID[protected] on 06-Nov-2020 is showing payment as successful and paid to TPSL on[protected]. Also my bank account debited. See the attachment. Please apply the credit to JVNL or refund Rs98/-.

        Dear Sir,

        On 02-Nov-2020, I have made the online payment through TechProcess Payment Services from my ICICI Bank Debit Card.

        The Billing amount has been deducted from my account and payment has not been done, and error screen has been populated.

        Please find attached error screen shot for your reference.

        Request to arrange to credit my deducted bill amount into my ICICI Bank account at the earliest.

          Dear sir,

          31th Oct. at 12 pm I have paid Electricity bill through Paynimo.

          I have received Transaction details..In That transaction status shown Fail, But from Acoount rs 420 was debited to paynimo.I did not received SMS & Electricty bill payment done recipt.
          Pl do the needful..Pay the electricity bill or send back money to my account.

            I have tried to pay property tax dues using the GHMC online facility for Ram Mohan Rao, H.No. 10-3-928 for Rs. 8, 358/- through Axis Bank Debit Card XXXXXXX5553 on[protected] and the amount has been deducted from my savings Account. It appears that the above mentioned amount is stuck with the paynimo/techprocess payment services and is not credited to GHMC Account. Now I am in a situation where my account is debited and I did not get confirmation, also the property tax is not paid.
            Please let me know when will my amount be credited to GHMC towards property tax payment. I just checked the GHMC Portal but it is not yet paid / dues.

                    I have paid jbvnl electricity bill of rs.2941 for the month of october, 2020 through online upi payment mode of jbvnl website on 29.10.2020. The amount has been deducted from my BOI account but failed to generate confirmation receipt. The amount has not been deposited to jbvnl account, nor it has been return back to my bank account . My consumer no. UN7152 of sub-electricity office at Mango, jamshedpur. The transaction id for deducting the amount from my bank account which was received in my mobile through phonepay is ICI2f1e084a918042be88c242dd5a17422b

                      Sub: Property tax amount paid thrgoh SBI credit card & deducted: Rs.10962 on 27.10.2020

                      I tried to pay the property tax dues using the Ghmc online facility. bank transaction reference no.[protected].
                      However, after going through all the steps and an amount of Rs.10962.00 debited from my SBI credit card account, but i did not get any Property tax paid confirmation.

                      It appears that the above mentioned amount is stuck with paynimo/techprocess payment services and is not credited to ghmc account.

                      Now i am in a situation wherein my amount is debited and i did not get confirmation, also the property tax is not paid.

                      I have emailed to ghmc/[protected]@cgg.gov.in as mentioned in the payment site but there is no response from them.

                      Please let me know when will my amount be credited to GHMC towards property tax payment as the last date is 31.10.2020. or will it be debited back to my account so that i can make the payment again.

                      Just checked their portal, but not yet updated. it still shows as payment pending. request you to update payment status as 31.10.2020 last date for payment without penalty. other i have to pay more than Rs 4000 as penalty.

                      i just checked with SBI creditcard customer care. they have given authorization code for above transaction. no. 083247. however i did not get any confirmation of payment from GHMC. IN ONLINE PROTAL IT STILL SHOWING THE PENDING PAYMENT.
                      please respnd.

                      Just checked the status, but unfortunately it is showing as pending payment. request to please update the status before end of day as the last date is 31.10.2020., otherwise i have to pay penalty of more than Rs 4500..

                        I paid my Mahanagar Gas Limited Bill through techprocess gateway on 22nd oct 2020. The site showed "successful payment", Money was deducted from my account (Rs 473.22). But it is still not reflected on the MGL site till now

                              Can you explain it that why this happening.
                              The university officer said that if am didn't do it before today's evening than they cancel my admission and through my allotted seat to someone other.

                                  On 23/10/2020 7:38 A:M I paid fees for b.com commerce [fresh admission] rs.7809.6 in madras university distance education . after paying the amount through net banking the site shown me that payment is successful and below that message there was next button . when i clicked the button the site loaded and shown SERVER ERROR . i didnt received any payment receipt and also when logged in to my admission portal it shows me to pay fees again but the amount has been transfer from my account to paynimo . please refund my amount or make transaction complete
