I have paid jbvnl electricity bill of rs.2941 for the month of october, 2020 through online upi payment mode of jbvnl website on 29.10.2020. The amount has been deducted from my BOI account but failed to generate confirmation receipt. The amount has not been deposited to jbvnl account, nor it has been return back to my bank account . My consumer no. UN7152 of sub-electricity office at Mango, jamshedpur. The transaction id for deducting the amount from my bank account which was received in my mobile through phonepay is ICI2f1e084a918042be88c242dd5a17422b
