I had made online payment of kolkata traffic police case from kolkata traffic police website through the payment gateway tech process portal and the amount has been deducted but the payment has been failed.

So, please refund me the amount back

I made eletricity bill payment of rs. 4760 / - on 01/03/2022 by debit card .
This bill amount debited from my bank account but still today ( 24/03/2022 ) amount not credited to msedcl and not reverse in my bank account.
So i request you to please reverse rs. 4760 /- in my bank account

I keep follow up with jharkhand electricity board and paynimo, but there is no response,
