My name is Imteyaz Ahmad, I am complaining about my electricity bill which I paid online to jharkhand electricity board on 03 October 2021 through techprocess by indusind bank amount 10, 841/- (Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Forty One Rupees) only, ref; PG/[protected]/TECHPROCESS/DC-7775/elecjulaug21. But it was not update in Jharkhand electricity board system, next month it was included with the current bill, I call on toll free no. and talked to representative and registered complaint,
I am requesting to your good office to please check and advise jharkhand electricity board to update paid amount,
