Hi team,

Payment got deducted but it got failed saying no response received for 5 mins.
Amount was of 689 and transaction was done today on 16th jan itself.

Below is the upi transaction id for references:[protected]. Kindly process the refund as soon as possible.

I tried the payment for indane lpg with upi and it was redirected via paymino gateway, i processed the payment from upi but page was not reloaded and amount got deducted from my account. Please check this on priority.

    We had paid rs. 7587/- online through techproc no.[protected] to the kodaikanal club on 28.11.2018 vide ref no. [protected] host ref. No./[protected] for room bookings, but the club has refused the receipt of payment. And also not received back the payment by us thus kindly enquire the same and refund us rs. 7587/-

        Hi there,

        When I was placing the order for my Indane LPG Consumer ID: CX18103617 on 19 Jan 2019 at 09:05 am.

        When I tried to pay for LPG with UPI it redirected to your "Paynimo Gateway".

        And an amount of Rs. 685/- was debited from my UPI account stating that "No Response Received for 5 mins."

        Here is my UPI Transaction ID for reference:[protected].

        Please check this on priority and initiate the refund ASAP!

          Respected sir - i am mr. But my 469 ruppes not deliver uppcl account. While 469 ruppees deducted frome my p. N. B. Account. So please solve my problem for retuning my ammont in my pnb account.

          RESPECTED SIR-i made a transsition 446.00 ruppes on date[protected] through ubi net banking/techprosses to uppcl electric board.but it faild&rs 446.00 ruppes deducted frome my union bank account.so please refer my 446.00 ruppes in my account. see picture with attachment.

          I paid an electricity bill amount of Rs 4106/00+convenience fee and tax to bill AC no [protected] through debit card option.the aforsaid amont has been debited from my bank AC but the bill has not paid to the uppcl.please look into the matter and inform me.this payment was made on 17/01/2019.
          Previous transaction is pending/failed If amount has been deducted from your bank account then please wait for atleast 24hrs for next status update otherwise go for repayment.

                Got the message from UPCL today, that the payment has been acknowledged

                  amount deducted from my account but transaction failed

                  I was paying my asianet broadband bill of rs.1176 on[protected]. The merchant trackid is tppge105. The money is deducted from my account but the site showed that transaction failed. The site said that the money will be credited back to my account on the next day but its been three days and it has still not been credited. Please refund my money as soon as possible....

                  On 15th january, 2019 i used mahadiscom's android app adn their integrated payment gateway (Paynimo) to make the payment of my electricity bill of ₹580.

                  Turns out i was charged the amount by the payment gateway, but the payment was not made to the electricity board.

                      I performed two transaction to pay the electricity bills. The payments were made successfully and money was deducted from my bank account. But the receipts of the payments were not made available by the gateway.
                      The reference id's of the transactions are 99812963 and 99813050.
                      Pl provide the receipts
                      On 15 Jan I paid Rs 7388 as premium of bajaj allianz insurance. Amount deducted from account but it doesn't reach marchent. My bank transaction ID is [protected]. How long will it take to resolve. Thanks

                        Today 15th Jan 2019, I did the payment of Rs 1680/- towards MSEDCL bill using paynimo and UPI facility .

                        I have made a transaction to hathway cable on 15.01.2019 at 2.55 pm the amount was rs 2520. The tech process reference number is[protected]. The upi reference number is[protected]. The transaction is failed so i want the re credit to my account. When will the re credit happen to my account.                                 I had made the transaction of rs.7049.56 on 31/12/2018 at 18:27 p. M. Towards the mcs classes of icai at delhi. After debiting the amt towards tech process, it shows the transaction to be failed and had to made another transaction. It had been more than 12 days but no refund had been granted.
                                Even the customer care no. Is not working.
                                Provide me a valid phone no. To talk and do see this. I want my money bank.

                                its very bad behaviour of yours to cheat the customers. i will be complaining about your cheating to the consumer court and also will never use this payment gateway service.u are a cheater ..just give my money back, its been more than 1 month now. if you didn't refund it immediately, i will lodge a complaint of you in consumer court and also payment authorities

                                    Hi techprocess team,

                                    Today i tried paying for my hathway broadband internet connection for recharge. I selected techprocess as my payment gateway and selected upi as my payment mode. The amount of rs. 3232.02 has been deducted from my bank account and on the merchant website it dispalyed payment failure due to no response within 5 minutes. Please see the attached screenshot for the same.
