Hi techprocess team,

Today i tried paying for my hathway broadband internet connection for recharge. I selected techprocess as my payment gateway and selected upi as my payment mode. The amount of rs. 2655 has been deducted from my bank account and on the merchant website it dispalyed payment failure due to no response within 5 minutes. Please see the attached screenshot for the same.

Can you provide the reference number for which money has been sent to Hathway cable because still it is showing the payment status as pending
On 31 dec 2018 Iwas trying to recharge my phone through paynimo.Whine doing this my money from bank was taken throug paynimo .But my phone was not recharged .A message coming"your transaction is done but recharge was failed" .While Icheck my a/c money was taken .so I request you whether my return my money or pls recharge my phone .please

    Date of payment: 19/12/2018.
    Both payments done by debit card payment from icici bank registered in name of ashish sisodia.

    Complaint: payment receipt not generated online and payment not acknowledged by uppcl. Further to this i made following payments by different payment gateway.
    Requset: i have not received the refund for these transactions in my account. Request for the issue to be resolved and my payment be reverted back to associated debit card/linked bank account.

    Transaction Date and Time are on 19 Dec 2018 between 10:55 PM and 11:05 PM.
    If you need, I can provide starting 4 digits and last two digits of the debit card used. Also attaching the screen shot for the transactions from the Bank website.

        Dear sir/madam
        On 06 january 2019 i was trying to pay the new legend saravana stores 11 month gold mine scheme through paynimo gateway but transaction failed but money was debited

        I want to know wether the money has gone to shop if not i want the money refunded

        Usually the shop use to send receipt and message after the money has credited to the shop but this time i didn't get anything from the shop please help me with this issue

          Im a student of vit university, i have a registration going on and today is the last date to register. I have already paid the fees of 7097.00 rs and it has been debited from my account but in the vit website i have not yet received any payment receipt. I even had a conversation with the bank and they mailed me that techprocess is going to mail the payment status by today. But still i have not got any mail from the site. Please do help as...

          Sir,
          I have paid my bit mesra semester fees on[protected] but the transaction showed failed 3 times from three different the same amount was deducted from my bank account and i have not received any refund till date.
          Kindly look into the matter as i paid my fees later on from sbi which showed successfull payment of fees.

                    I made an online fee payment of rs.113517.7 as semester fee of my college birla institute of technology, mesra, ranchi (Bit mesra) by pnb net banking through paynimo techprocess payment gateway on 26/12/18 around 7pm ist.

                      I had logged in into my e-banking account and paid a sum for my semester fees the amount got deducted from my account but at the institute website the transaction failed. A message from the bank confirmed successfully transaction and gave a reference not but when i looked again in the institute website the payment was not not done.

                        I made an online fee payment of rs.108517.7 as semester fee of my college birla institute of technology, mesra, ranchi (Bit mesra) by sbi net banking through paynimo techprocess payment gateway on 26/12/18 at 8:32 am.

                        After payment instead of generating payment challan it showed "transaction failed" and amount was debited from my bank account for which i received a sms from my bank as "thank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For birla institute of techno transaction of rs. 108517.7 from a/c -[protected] on 26-dec-18 at 08:32 is igafawcne0."

                        Please credit the above mentioned amount to my college or refund it back to my sbi bank account

                            Kindly refund my amount of rs. 5555/- i had paid my payment through paynimo using axis bank net banking. So kindly refund the credited amount

                            I have recently made a payment of rs 5204 from syndicate NET banking transactions but it has not been reached TO THE MERCHANT in lieu of this I am attaching the online transaction statement please solve this problem as soon as possible the transactions has been made for the muthoot finance

                              I paid rs 7080 through upi ([protected]@okhdfc) to techprocess and the payment was successful. The system didn't show any confirmation message for more than 15 mins and the portal showed payment failed, try again. This happened around 2:45pm today (25/12/18). I request refund of rs.7080 to my account.

                                I, rajsekhar haldar (Bca/40513/2107) was trying to make an online fee payment of rs.60517.7 to my college (Birla institute of technology, mesra, lalpur campus) by net banking (My banker axis bank) through your payment gateway on 24/12/18 which finally showed as "transaction failed" but amount was debited from my bank account upon which i received a sms from my banker (Axis bank) with info:inb/[protected]/techprocess solutions ltd/. Please credit the above mentioned amount to my college or refund it back to my axis bank account (Urgent and important).

                                  I paid 1500/rs and 11.80 gst= 1511.80 payment for my exam fees to bse institute lmited from central bank of india mandsaur br.1511.80 rs debited from account and sms from bank but paynimo payment gateway show error with transaction failure and this amount not credited to mercant account.                                       On 18th Dec, I did a transaction (details provided below) to pay my electricity bill. Money got deducted from my Paytm Wallet but it was not paid to UPPCL website. Somehow, I got a chance to speak to Techprocess customer care team probably after trying 1000 times and they said transaction has been successful from their side. Not sure what happened, Neither the money is paid to UPPCL nor it is with Techprocess.

                                      Pathetic Service, Horrible customer care and Archaic Website!!!
