Date of payment: 19/12/2018.
Both payments done by debit card payment from icici bank registered in name of ashish sisodia.
Reference no for [protected] payment of rs 1324 - vin/uppcl/[protected]/0
Reference no for [protected] payment of rs 931 - vin/uppcl/[protected]/0
Complaint: payment receipt not generated online and payment not acknowledged by uppcl. Further to this i made following payments by different payment gateway.
Requset: i have not received the refund for these transactions in my account. Request for the issue to be resolved and my payment be reverted back to associated debit card/linked bank account.

Transaction Date and Time are on 19 Dec 2018 between 10:55 PM and 11:05 PM.
If you need, I can provide starting 4 digits and last two digits of the debit card used. Also attaching the screen shot for the transactions from the Bank website.
