I did a payment to Muthoot finance against loan account 1119/MSL/27094 on 25th October 3:22 PM through their App.(I Muthoot). I got a message that amount is deducted from my account after that when it is returning to IMuthoot app got a message that 'Payment field'.

I have checked with Our Bank(ICICI). They are saying amount is deducted from their end and asked to wait 7 days. Today is 8th day, till i did not my money back as refund. Transaction number is BIL*ONL*[protected]*TECHPRO.

Can you please check and let us know where it got stopped at earliest. Money is blocked and i have to pay interest also. Please let me knowif any futher details are required

      Hi sir/mam,

      I have done online payment for mba exam fee of rs. 4254.48 on 10 oct 2018 using my sbi credit card through indian bank via paynimo payment gateway system. E-receipt has not generated but the amount has been debited from my credit card. Its been more than two weeks but amount is not refunded to my account yet. Please check and do the needful at the earliest.

      Fyi, i have attached my credir card statement as a proof for amount debited and transaction ref no is :070974

          madras university distance education fees debited but not received by college

          Dear sir /mam,
          My name is sujithra. M, i paid my distance education fee through your online payment process twice. Once i used my indian overseas bank debit card as on 13.10.18 (Rs.4963.95), and again i used my digi bank debit card as on 25.10.18 (Rs. 4963.95), to paid my college fees both times the amount was debited but shown gateway error, the university also not received that amount yet. Please sir/mam i don't know how i paid...

          Sir,

          I have done online payment for tatasky recharge rs. 550 on 22nd october 2018 using internet banking through indian bank sb via paynimo gateway system. E-receipt has not generated but the amount has been debited from our a/c and the sreen shoed the message that the payment was successful. The error screen showed that the amount will be transferred next day in such cases. But till now nothing happened. So i request you to refund the money to my a/c from which the money was debited.. Please check and do the needful at the earliest.

                  I would like to draw your attention towards a transaction done from my bank account (Through net banking) for an amount of rs 881.17 /- on october 12, 2018 for payment of 'indane gas cylinder refill booking'.

                  The payment gateway was techprocess with transaction number ibpg txn [protected]. For which screenshot is attached (With name screenshot-transaction). The amount was debited from my bank account but the transaction failed for which screenshot is attached (With name transaction failure2).

                              I booked my gas cylinder from Indane.co.in on 24 Sep 18 and paid online through ICICI netbanking to Techprocess transaction Id[protected].I usually get a SMS stating that online payment is made. in this instance I did not get any message. The gas cylinder was delivered on the 25th of Sep 2018. When the delivery person asked me for money I told him that the payment was made online but he informed that as per bill payment is not made and I should pay him. I paid him the amount as per bill. I went to the agency and asked about this matter and I was told they have not received the payment and to take up the matter with the bank. When I complained in the bank they told me that payment was made online to Techprocess and I should take up the matter with them and hence this complaint. I request you to refund the amount in my bank account at the earliest.

                                  I have recharged with 169 for tatasky digital tv. But transaction got failed and i could not get the desired benefit and amount has been deducted from my account. I have been waiting as the company said to wait for atleast 1 hour but still i did not get the amount.Please credit the amount in my account.

                                    I paid 54, 126/- to insurance company via tech process from infosys limited.
                                    Amount deducted from my icici account but infosys team said transaction not went through and checked with nic company (National insurance) but they didn't receive the money.

                                    I made online payment for Indane Gas on 24 Sep 18 from ICICI a/c. Transaction ID Techproces/[protected]. The gas was delivered but I was forced to pay because the delivery man gave a bill which stated that payment was not made online.

                                    why is my complaint not attended to. No response or acknowledgement on my complaint from your side which shows you in poor light and who cares attitude. Expect a reply from you.
                                    I am ankita dutta i have paid 821.24 rupees through sbi net banking due to sever problem my money deduct from my account but transection fail and i have contact to bank, they told me to contact payment getway .

                                      We have paid to j b v n l e bill from pnb golmuri branch. Jamshedpur. Dated 16.09.2018 with ref. No. Techproc/[protected]/[protected]/e bill of rs. 4061.00
                                      And techproc/[protected]/[protected]/e bill of rs. 1474.00.
                                      But still date not in our e bill site nor amount return to our bank account.
                                      So please inquire the matter and clear the matter.

                                      Using my upi id [protected]@paytm i made my bill payment of 20966 through techprocess, transaction was succesfully processed but after 5 min i didnt get the receipt or bill and it show portal time out ..
