Paid Rs.1239.00 for asianet broadband on 08.10.2016 for my connection kt5997 through net banking. Before generating the receipt it showed an error message TPPGE088. But the amount has been debited to my bank account. Please look.You please either credit the amount to asianet account and issue a receipt or refund the amount.

    I paid an amount of 311.85 through your payment gateway through atm debit card corresponding to sbi's sb a/c no.[protected]. Observed that the said a/c is debited but payment was failed and as was seen in the computer. Please return the amount to the credit of my sb account no.[protected] of sbi immediately.The payment was made to be made to Ortel Communication, Bhubaneswar. When I tried second time through this gateway, the transaction was successful.

    When I was added to money online rummy 100 ruppes twice and 25 ruppes once it was not credited to rummy game and not refunds to my account my accno [protected] sbi branch
    I paid muthoot finance loan ammount an amount of 7000 through your payment gateway through atm debit card corresponding to uco bank a/c no.[protected] .Please return the amount to the credit of my uco bank account no. immediately.i have a msg on my no 7029 spend on your card 22.8.2017, 12:26:42 at paynimo mutual fund mumbai ...plz tell me my payment paid aur not muthoot finance.if not successfull my payment plz return my amount in my account .

      Hello paynimo team,

      This is in reference to money debited from my account two times while booking my flight tickets from via.com. The gateway took me to my net banking page and after entering all the details it gave a message saying unsuccessful transaction try to pay again. I cancelled the transaction and tried again after some time and i received the same message. You have deducted the money from my account but did not pay to the merchant.

      I spoke with people via and as usual they directed me to you stating they are unable to help and it would take 7 to 9 days for process the refund. This is just upsetting as because of this i am unable to book my flights and since you have deducted the money twice my account now does not have sufficient balance.

        Sir i m pay the site visit fees to qci (quaility counsil of india) ncvt iti affilation inspection fees but at the payment portal show the error
        payment gateway error:

        this error has occured for one of the following reasons :
        merchant configuration issue. Tppge004
        but the amount deduct in my account but the amount not received in qci portal
        and last date is 31/05/2016 my amount refund till 30/05/2016 my account otherwise i was go to counsumer court .
        This payment portal was total fourad to consumer because i have allready cheat the payment portal amount 11900/- for application payment of qci portal .
        Paynimo is bad payment gateway. I prefer billdesk, but few merchants like GHMC and CIBIL use paynimo. Both times it failed me. I never got my money back from CIBIL and now I am waiting if GHMC will accept my payment or i'll lose that too.

        Paynimo crashes in the middle.

            We made on-line payment rs 1934.85 in favour of hathaway broadband through hdfc net bank & my account was debited twice today 06th april 2016 against transaction id no.[protected] &[protected] respectively.

            The session was expired while making the first payment against transaction id no..[protected]As per our bank statement) therefore we tried to pay again which was successful against id no[protected] and hence we paid twice & we could generate the payment receipt only for one transaction id no[protected]

            Hathway account is showing only one credit against id no.[protected]. Hence your are requested to kindly credit back rs.1934.85 in our account immediately.

              They charged my account with 7594/ and 7594/- twice, but never paid to merchant. COnfused me with the Transaction details. Now when i email them they say cant find any order, when i call them, says order was failed so contact merchant. Giving me all kind of stupid answers.
