Narayangaon pune signa curier branch. This courier boy speaks to us in a misbehavior and wrong way, the courier doesn't deliver on home, and he say no one will come to ur home go nd complain on us, they speak in such language.

Very bad service by your courier person and kalyan branch
They do not have a proper contact number updated on any of the website
They always say that the delivery attempt is failed without trying to do it
I am always facing this issue from this courier service when my courier is send by icici bank

Icici bank had dispatched courier vide above referred airway bill, this courier was supposed to be delivered on 5th apr 2019. I have been chasing with sigma courier, vashi on daily basis and every day i am getting assurance that the courier will be delivered by end of the day. It is extremely disgusting that a financial shipment is getting such a poor treatment and customer is being fooled with hollow assurances.
I tried to reach the mobile number of vashi unit but no response was given despite several calls.
I want to mention that this is gross negligence on part of service.
Kindly ensure the delivery of my courier on most urgent priority.

Till now I have not received any statement from send delivery person with details to whom given at what time signature all details send as soon as possible. Sh669497 my courier awb no and my courier out for delivery on 27 october but they still not deliver it and there is no costomer support by them. I call costomer care but there is no answer every time. I am frustrated with sugma courier service.
My bank documents is in the courier and i need them urgently. There is no office address showing in airoli and i am not satisfied with them.

Icici bank sends my cheque book and debit card thru sigma courier. I have not once received the courier sent thru sigma without me calling and complaining to the customer care about sigma courier boys never calling us and taking the courier back without coming to deliver them to the customer. It looks like the courier boys don't want to take effort to search the customer house and find an easy way to give feedback that customer not at home...

Hi, For account in name of my son Parijat Dawn, important document is dispatched by SIGMA COURIER vide ref no SH642837 on 22nd August. Till date not delivered. I personally called the courier at [protected], sent multiple SMS and reconfirmed address, still they did not deliver saying the address does not exist.

A sensible product given to a company who can't even trace a simple address where everyday I am receiving multiple couriers!!!

And look at this, this courier has confirmed - "consignee shifted" where as I called, rechecked and reconfirmed my address same. We are very much in same address and receiving couriers everyday.

I have received message from ICICI Bank that they have sent courier under above track id to my Kharghar address on 4th July'18 which
Is not delivered by your person till 8th July'18 evening. Your vashi delivery point is not providing any confirm time for this delivery and In charge Mr. Sandeep is unprofessional to the great extent.

My credit card statement xx4005 not received yet. Today evening i got a message to receive this courier with sign. But actually i never got any courier through sigma courier today and before. I request you to clarify this with details. If you are not able to give proper service to your client nor cheat him. At least you provide your courier office address and ask supposed to collect it.

Was expecting courier from bank last week. Sandeep incharge person at sigma courier, vashi branch promised it will be delivered today. Same was not done after sever follow ups.

I have order blue colour taiji uniform online via taobao on 2017 december 02. Order items are size xs — 8, s — 7, m — 13, l — 6, xl — 2 total order is 36 set. Which cost 3758rmb. My order number is[protected] [protected] till to 2018 march 12, i have not receive any news from sigma courier service. I have check with 大辩子， they told me that my order has been send out and sigma is the courier service to receive and distrubute to coustomer. I hope to receive my order as soon as possible. Otherwise i would ask for a refund.

I never receive credit card statements at my given office address, though sent emails and made multiple calls to your pune customer care team.

My monthly icici bank credit card always they sent by your courier but i have never recived my any bills from you & recived message only delivered documents so i have request you pls verify from your delivery person that he never give me my bills.

I am not receiving my credit card statement for the last 4 months, I have registered a complaint with Axis Bank customer care. on wednesday they have informed that the duplicate statement which they had dispatched is delivered to my residential address, Murlidhar P Nair, Flat No.201, Manmandir CHS Ltd, Plot No.3, Sector 19, Nerul ( East ), Navi mumbai, Pin 400.706 and was shown as received by Rajinder Pawar. Sir There is no Rajinder Pawar in our Society. I am surprised when the Name in the Statement is murlidhar Nair, how can your staff deliver to the person Rajinder Pawar and that too, when myself or my daughter is always available at home. My sigma ref No. is 1303_01812. Please look into this matter and find a solution. I have already informed Axis Bank customer care, I will be approaching consumer court if this issue is not sorted out. My Mrs Premlatha Nair's statement also not being received for last four months. Her Ref .Sigma_Mumbai_1803_02026.

My AWB no R3220377 with ICICI cheque book was returned with the reason as Door locked though courier company are suppose to leave a slip no such slip has been given and instead of delivering again received a phone call asking from which branch I can collect my cheque book . Even after that they are not bothered to deliver the cheque book . Have called ICICI bank per them it is with the courier so I will have to coordinate with the courier company and bank cannot do anything - this is the service of ICICI bank and Sigma courier -really disgusting to spend time following up for a cheque book and funniest part it is the customer who suffers

I am regularly not receiving the monthly statement of ICICI sent via your courier service.
In this month too, the July AWB no is[protected]. Message from ICICI says that it has been delivered. But I am yet to receive the bill. My cell number is [protected]. I live in 15, Khagol hsg SOC, Panchavati, Pashan, Pune-8.
Pl let me know why the delivery is not being made regularly within a few days of receipt at your end.

Please note that i have not received the above mentioned consignment dated 05/03/16 sent by icici bank to me.

I advise all to refrain from using this arrogant courier.
