Server down or crashed

Today I have transacted for payment of 25000 to muthoot finance but payment has been deducted from the bank through which I have CHOOSED TO DO TRANSACTION. But the payment has failed but amount has been deducted from bank . please solve this situation and refund the respective amount as soon possible ....

          Sir,
          I place order on website adaagra.org.in by tpsl payment gateway thru Net banking by SBI for E-Auction and payment was marked successful but the organisation did not receive money yet after 6 days of transaction.
          While fetching account statement it displayed money "transfer to Bill junction dot com"
          And amount was rs 385150. Transaction was done on 10/dec/21 11:23 am.
          Customer care of bill junction.com is also not helping.

                    I made a transaction to CIBIL via Paynimo using my Google Pay UPI. The money amounting ₹1, 200 is deducted from my SBI Bank Account but the same is not credited to CIBIL.

                            Sir, I have submitted B.Ed application for my sisters. Application submitted successfully and payment debited from bank account. And also shows in Applicant Login in the portal that they were paid their application fees but till now I am not able to download their Payment Recipe and Application form (PDF download option Not available).
