    I had paid MSEB bill through techprocess on 18/10/2021 of Rs.3000/-. The transaction was failed but the amount has been debited from my account and it's not yet refunded. Transaction reference id is IBN/[protected].

        I did the transaction of Rs. 8770 for electricity bill on[protected] via Techprocess.
        TECHPROC/[protected]/[protected]/ELECTRICITY BILL -

        But in MSEB, its not reflected yet, nor refunded back
        Please do the needful.

          11th october I made a transaction of 4000 rs to calling station through Paynimo gateway and my money got debited from my bank but it never got credited to the calling station company it shows pending in the transaction at the seller's end . kindly help me with earned money because it's the gateway fault there is no fault from my side or my bank . I will soon go for legal proceedings else . I have uploaded my bank statement the for 4000 tha got debited and sellers transaction history 4000 is in pending and the gateway through which I paid money

                          Date of Incident: 07/10/2021

                          on that day in morning nearly 10:30 AM ordering a Product from Flipkart which was cost 52999 Rupees At the First AT the time of transaction due to delay of OTP Session Was Expired And Payment got Cancelled Also the Order. After Few Minutes I tried Again to order Then The payment also done also the order from flipkart. After tht i got to SMS from Bank Related TWo Transaction Got Debited Form my Account Amount 52999 Two Times.

                            Hi,
                            I did a credit card payment with my HFDC credit card ending with 2226 on October 4 around 5:43 pm for 2.5 lacs with merchant Paynimo Ecomm but it failed from their end and still amount got deducted from my credit card. Kindly check to resolve the issue.

                              Hello please sort out my issue I paid electricity bill through your gateway amount paid and transaction success but still not showing to my app its still showing payment due please solve my query fast as this is happening 2nd time with me very poor service and hour gateway.

                                  I tried to pay for my bajaj allianz insurance premium today on 01/10/2021, but the transaction got cancelled at last. Money got deducted from my federal bank account. It is still not credited back to my account nor my premium is paid. Please credit it to my name if it has not been paid to Bajaj Alliance.
                                  But my money has got deducted from my bank and it is not yet updated in the Bajaj Alliance portal.

                                      I ordered a product from Flipkart using net banking option, the amount got deducted from my account but the order was not confirmed. When I connected with bank they said the trasaction is successful from their side and thus need to check with the payment gateway for the issue.
