Hi

I had applied personal loan on 21 sep sep. It’s approved on 24 sep. Now it’s been over one month i had been wating for amount. It’s my 4th complaint. Still my issue not resolve from paysense. Still the same position. No reply from paysense over email.

I applied loan in paysense app on 14th oct and after few days i got text message that your documents verified and sign the loan agreement on 18th oct. From that day i am following up with mails and messages. And in app it still showing under review status. I applied for loan as there is urgent requirement of money even the interest is high. But till now my application status not updated atleast. I just need a confirmation whether paysense will provide me the loan or not? Or please cancel my loan application.

I had applied personal loan with paaysense on 21 sep on 24 sep i got message from paysense that your application is approved we will disbursed money in your bank account in 24 working hrs. Paysense boy came and collect nach form and my sign. After few days thet called me for e kyc. Again the boy has came to verified my original documents he done the verification. Again yesterday on 21 oct they called me for e kyc today on 22 sep the boy has came and verified with original documents. 2nd time e kyc done. Now the problem after all this done i dont know the loan amt will be credited in my account or not. The worst service i got pls help me.

My loan was approved on 25th sep.
Document nach collection 30th and recevie confirmation on 2nd
Got a mail loan disburse in 2 to 3 working days
After 2 to 3 working day i mailed back because no money credited. They revert back after 2days saying it will take 3 to 5 working days.in between i got a message to call on such number for document collection. Every time i am calling it is sayin"please dail extention" they dont provide any extention in that message.. I mail for extention.. They revert back your application send to banking partner it will take 3 to 5 working days.. Wht the # 3 to 5 days.. Only wasting time. I can not apply any other palace because here application running.. I will lead this complain to rbi if it is continue for more days..

I have applied a loan by paysens app at 9th oct and they approved my documents at 13th oct and i physically signed ecs form also now it's 19th oct i mail the queries for disbursement them they replied our support team will call you but they never gave my any reply till now i had mail them many times but no replay till now. I have applied for urgent money needs.

My ex boyfriend took a loan from paysense and he is not paying them back so now people from paysense are harassing me on saying that I'm his wife. Despite the fact I told them that we were in relationship and now I m no longer in contact with him. Still they created a scene at my house for no reason and are harassing me for his deeds. They have no right to do so.

My registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no is [protected]. 5th nov is my emi date and my nach is active that means you will deduct money from my bank account but still i did not got any loan. What kind of shameless people you are if you don't have money to disburse then cancel my loan but you are not doing even that. I send hundred of mails but you did not reply. Intially you said to wait till 7th oct but that also fail. Now don't give me disgusting and fake excuses just cancel my loan and deactive my nach and also update the same in my apps.

I have received the alert on 11.10.2019 at 10 am stating that loan has been disbursed and has been credited in my bank account and even paysense have updated emi over the app.
While i have checked the same in my account it is not yet credited.
I have mailed to support id with bank statement but i have not received any response till time. It is a panic situation for me

Till today 13 sep I didn’t get amt in my bank account. Every time I sending mails and got same ans that we will disburse money in 3-5 working days. Still not happend. Pls look in to this matter.

Still today 14 sep i didn’t get money in my account. All things are clear. Then why it’s delayed. I[censored] don’t want to give money so why ur are operating. I’m so much disappointed from u.

On 06th oct 2019. I was applied for a loan through paysense app. I signed the e loan agreement on 07th oct after that a paysense company executive singed a nach farm on 07th oct. Showing your loan is approved and. We will disburse the money after or agent collect your singed auto debit farm (Nach).
But i have singed nach farm... Paysens has not disbursed my loan amount yet.
While company policy is that get instantly funds.

This is lokesh i took a loan of 50000 from paysense they took all the required documents and disbursed my loan amount quickly i am very happy with their service 1st month emi it is deducted from my account they updated in the app all things happened properly but from the 2nd month issues started i am maintaining loan emi amount in my account they are deducting on time but after that they are saying u made late payment please pay penal charges i am writting mails to them no response from their team anyways 2nd month also done i didn't paid any extra amount to them. Now it is third month same scene i maintained they deducted but till now its been 12 days my emi is not updated it is showing as due only there is no mobile number nowhere to contact them i am continously raisling compliants mails etc., but there is no response from their end. It is worst experience with them i fed up with them i want to close my entire loan for that also i have to contact for that also i have to contact them there is no way to contact them. Please look into it and help me regarding this..

I have applied for personal loan at paysense, all the processed was done loan was also approved and in the aap shows that loan amount will disbused with in 24 working hours till now 30 days gone still loan amount not credit i have send 50 time mail to them but they are sending auto genreted mail with revart no custoner exicutive call. I was getting fed up and harrsed please cencle my loan amount i dont want any loan, only for the reason i can not applied other bank for loan as because in paysens process was running kindly help i am just worried about that

I applied micro loan of inr 50000 last month from paysence. I submitted all my documents bith offline and online. I received an update on 26th sep mentioning i will get my loan in 24hrs. But nothing credited. I sent mail so may ang i received update that by before 7th oct it will be credited, but till now nothing happens. I sent so may mails but there is no response.

I had taken loan from paysense and had paid 3-4 emis. Now due to some reason i am unable to pay and have informed the same to the paysense. But now paysense collection executives are calling and harrasing my family and friends. They are stealing numbers from my phone and calling. They called a lady colleague and telling her you are his wife ask your husband to pay else we will come to your house and do hungama in front of your neughbours and spoil your and your parents name and reputation. She told them she isnt my wife so then they said you are his girlfriend and are harrasing her. They also called my sister and told her i have used her signature to get loan. The executives are very arrogant and also abusive. Paysense is working against rbi rules and law by stealing data from my phone and abusing my contacts. I also called and informed their collection manager but no action from her side also and still the abuse is continuing with no solution and it has becomr a mental harrasement for me as they are spoiling my respect in my family and friends. Please tell me how to resolve this matter at the earliest.

I am navnath dahiwade i was applied for personal loan in your app my loan is approved 168000rs as on 23/09/2019 i was uploaded all documents which is demanded by you then i signed loan agreement digitally i have submitted documents and nach form physically my document verified by paysense employee physically nach form is also collected then in app loan disbursed status showing amount will be disbursed within 24 hours but from your side i get replied that amount will be disbursed on or before of 7th october toady is 9th oct loan yet not disburse even i called fullerton regard the same they said paysense didn't send my details and application why paysense making fool to customer please lool in this matter priority basis and please revert asap

Hi my name is Irshad I have applied for a loan from paysense and it got approved for 1 lakh on 25th September with the status that loan will be disbursed in 24 hours and a person came and collected nach Form with my sign I got a call also I asked is there any other doc I need to provide they said it is only the nach Form and loan will be disbursed within 2 days but it didn't happened so I wanted to complaint as there is false commitment given but there is no customer care number given hence I sent an email I got a reply that loan will be disbursed in 2 to 3 working days but it didn't happened so I sent an email again I got a reply stating that loan will be disbursed within 7th Oct also he mentioned that my pan and aadhar original needs to be verified post which the disbursal will happen and one more executive came and taken pics of my pan aadhar and one more time nach Form has signed totally I have signed 4 nach forms and till now no disbursal. When I applied I got a sms stating that loan will be disbursed in 5 hours that why I applied as I was in need o[censored]rgent cash that's why I applied even though you are charging 29% rate of interest what is the use when you are giving a commitment and not doing it why you give commitment for 5 hours when you take ages for disbursal no proper customer service

Its 7th october today and still i got no money in my account. You ask me to wait till 7th october but my nach already activated and you charge me pre emi of rs 880/-. I don't want any more headache its better you cancel my loan. Paysense is harassing people. First you have takne all the document and then nach and then you ask me to wait till 7th october. But i got no money disbursed in my account.
