As per our telephonic conversation here are the details. The login process as per your loan requirement is as follows:
LOGIN PROCESS IN LAKH FILE :
Firstly the documents that would be required to initiate the process are:- 
Director KYC-
·          ID Proof (Voter ID/ Driving License/ Passport)
·          Residence Proof (Ration Card/ Electricity Bill/ Phone Bill) 
·          Pan Card
·          Income proof                   
·          Bank Account Statement (6 months)
.          Agriculture land papers
.          One Photo

           Please send your document to put your file further in process 
 
After receiving sufficient required documents we will study your profile & than you will be required to deposit the legal verification fee in the company's account for the verification purpose. After that the documents and your profile will be verified by our legal verification department.
On receiving a verification report from our verification department if, report results in positive we will issue you the confirmation letter within 4 -5 days wherein the details of the loan are mentioned i.e. loan amount,  rate of interest,  monthly installment etc.
On acceptance of confirmation letter you would be required to deposit the consultancy charges (incur as per your loan
The amount of consultancy charges will be mentioned in the confirmation letter. 
After that a written legal agreement will be sent to you within 5-6 days regarding the details of the loan. Once we receive the complete agreement formalities, and after this on successful meeting with our investor regarding your loan file disbursement will be done the loan amount will be disbursed in the account by R.T.G.S. / DD. The whole process will take about  12 days.

·          I.T.R. 3 year                       

·          Bank Account Statement (6 months)

Company KYC-

·          Project Report 

·          Business Details of the Company

·          Bank Account Statement of the Company (6 months)

·          Details of previous loans (if any)

·          Partnership Deed (in case of partnership)

.         Property Details

           Please send your document to put your file further in process

Yahi baat hui phir se sare phone band ho gaye

Updated by navnath sharma उस टाईम polarisservicesindia की निहारिका 1 करोड़ पाच करोड़ तीस लाख के फाइल भेजने के लिए परेशान कर दिया था उस समय तक 8 फाइले मैं भेजा था। प्रोसेसिंग फीस की कापी भी भेजा है आप लोग उसे देख सकते हैं मैं भेज रहा हूँ और इस प्रोसेसिंग पेपर के अनुसार पैसा मागते गए और मै आईसीआईसीआई बैंक के खाते मे पैसा भेजता गया फिर गौतम निषाद का लोन 27 लाख टासर्पर के नाम पर पैसा लिया कि दो से चार दिन में खाते में पैसा भेज देगे इसको नोकरी करा कर भेज दे। इस तरह रुपये 320000 ले लिया फिर मै पूछ ताछ करने लगा तो धीरे धीरे सारे फोन बंद हो गया 21/08/2019 को सुबह 10:20 पर टाल फ्री नं पर फोन किया तो पुलिस वाला पवन नाम का आदमी उठाया बोला ये लोग तो भाग गए कम्पनी फ्राड है मेरी पैरो तले जमीन निकल गयी। मैं बर्बाद हो गया सर मेरी सहायता करे मै बेरोजगार आदमी हूँ ।

Updated by navnath sharma निहारिका मुझे मई महिने से ही फोन कर रही थी रिसपांस न मिलने पर लगातार फोन करती रही ₹45000 सैलरी और प्रति फाईल 2℅कमीशन देने की बात कही और मेरा मेल मांगी और कम्पनी का डिटेल और लोन के जरुरी डाक्यूमेंट्स और मेरा डाक्यूमेंट्स भी लिया सर से बात कराने के कहने पर फ्राड लड़को से बात करवाती थी। वह लड़के भरोसा देते थे सर आप डाक्यूमेंट्स भेजो तो फटाफट लोन 6% ब्याज पर हम लोन देगे चाहे जितनी भी फाइलें हो 5लाख से करोड़ों का लोन हम देते हैं। पर 30लाख के उपर लोन की सिक्योरिटी के रूप में जमीन का पेपर मारगेज करेंगे आप शुरू तो करो

Updated by navnath sharma सारे डाक्यूमेंट्स पोलारिस सिक्योरिटी वाले फ्राड बना कर रखे थे। कहने के दो से तीन घंटो में यह पेपर मेल पर भेज देते थे। हम यह समझ नहीं पाए और आठ फाइलें धीरे धीरे भेज दी और पैसे भी इनके आईसीआईसीआई उदयपुर के एकाउंट में भेजता गया। मेरे फरियाद का साल्यूसन जल्दी से जल्दी करने की कृपा करें और डिटेल मै खोज कर भेजता हूँ यह साल्व हो जाने पर हम सदा आप सभी के आभारी रहेंगे।

Divya from Polaris called she is not listening the issue and called me asked me to remove the complaint if the complaint is not removed money will not be returned.
She is abusing me and these people are frauds and never listen customers voice .
Please refund my money and they say that it's in our hands whether we can give the money or not.

Fraud people from polaris legal services.
Could you please do the needful .

I didn't get any update from Polaris regarding my Refund Amount and after the Last call with divya from Legal department from Polaris, No response from them and they say that you need to remove the complaint or else we are not refund the Money .

I lost the time and Money because of polaris .

Please Resolve the issue.

Updated by Kumarjha Polaris company is totaly froud also his staff are froud because i have apply a loan on 04/03/2019 & i had alredy paid his prossing charges rs 15000 march -2019 But till not disbursed my loan or not refunding my amount last 4 month. he is taking time only every dicussion with vinay, harshita, arti, harsh, shuwangi evry person teking only time all are cheter.
Request you to please help for disbursal or rufund my depoaited to polaris finance india pvt ltd limited.

Please...help...its very urgent. Beause he had taken money from me last 6 month & he is still not provided loan to me more than six month

Updated by Rahulth Thanks Polaris Team, I got a call from Polaris Team and they described the complete process. As they are not providing loan by thereself but from financiers and financiers needs documents to verify as if the person who is getting loan is able to return back the money or not. I do understand there process but my advice to Polaris is that they should clear these things to customer on first call as when they said that loan will be provided in 20 days customer plans there activities according to that. Apart from that thanks for taking every file and every loan case seriously. Customer service of Polaris is superb as whenever I called them, they picked call and were available to answer my issues. I was afraid due to delay but every other service of them is superb.

Updated by Rahulth They promised to resolve the problem but still problem not solved. They want to deduct money from the amount I have been paid to them. And the only reason they are providing me to cancle my loan file and deducting my moneg is that I posted a complaint here against them and consumercomplaints.in is a fake website who takes money from companies to remove complaints against them.

Updated by Rahulth Don't trust Polaris. They never provide loan to anyone. They always look for excuses to delay your funds and try there best to hold your money as long as they can. People contact them because of Loan requirement and they will take money from you and will It will be hard to you to get your own money back.

Updated by lissy alex My name is lissy alex from new delhi. I applied for a personnel loan. They were sanctioned me 2 lacs loan. They were charged from me file charge and bank charges rs. 15000/- then around 1 year they were hanged me. Then i wiil call many times. At last they told me, the papers from legal department not sanctioned, i told polaris person, i don't want personel loan loan please give me my money. They send papers, and told me singed this paper and courier me. I couriered that papers. But they were not return my money and they didn't pick up my phone. Please help me
