I have Applied loan with Polaris services India
on 04th Jun-2018 and I have paid Login charges of 3500 Rs on 04/01/2018 and the Processing Charges they have asked me to Pay to process the loan of 500000 Rs on 11/01/2018 and the people who are communicated with me Rahul and Manvinder Singh, Adhira Jain.
After that they said that 15 days to require to process the Loan and they have shared the Loan sanction letter as well and responsible letter as well and after that they said Loan is under process and there is no communication from them.
After some days they say that we are unable to process the loan and then I have Raised request for Refund and as per the process I have competed the required docs and I have done the Notary from legal lawyer and I have send it to Polaris received the documents including cancelled cheque as well on 21st Sep-2018 through Courier Tracking ID : EK[protected]IN .
After this I have send couple of emails and calls and every time they said we will refund you money as per the Policy and if I call to customer care they will speak in Un-professional Manner and they disconnect the call and after they will send and email like we will send the refund amount once the they get the money from external sources.
it has been 9-months I am begging for my money but nothing I get from Polaris services and they cheated completely and I have tried Multiple times to Legal department they never reply and every time only one Executive give the Answer as your File is under process.
Please Refund my money as this not the way to make the money to cheat the people for Loans.

This Complaint is Not resolved yet and I have tried Multiple times for the Mentioned numbers and once I have raised the complaint Divya from polaris called me for the solution to pay the Amount which I have Paid and after some days calls are going on that they say that we will send the Cheque by Post after 15th of Aug-2019 and after the all the phones are Switch Off and no calls, Emails are not responded .
Please Resolve my issue and I have tried in many ways but no luck and it's very difficult to reach them and convince them to get the refund.
Please do the needful and from Past one year I am begging Polaris team Adhira jain, Manvinder singh and divya from legal department .
Polaris Services India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
