Since, 21 sept. 2019, got msg in my mobile at nght 11 pm that loan amount being disbursed, still today 4 october, i am follwowing up with them, its menatl harrasment with me as money required for medical urgent need, please help me with this, what should do further, below are the snapshot of email sent to them but no resolution till date, nach is already activated so that emi will be deduct without disb any loan?? Please help me.

Dear paysense team,

As i rated online on google play store, you guys promise to disburse within 24 hours but it's gone and no money credited into my account.

Below are the snapshot which were revert from you, its almost 5 days that i got sms that loan money credited into my bank account but still no disbursement made till date, i am following up so long, is this well managed professionalism doing so with your clients? I i applied it for my medical treatment now i need to postpone that i believe that its come till monday but almost one week gone.

Why are you taking so long enough to disburse it, its creating pathetic situation for me and frustrating in nature, i don't have any clue that its will come or not or should i go to other loan agencies cause i aloso signed nach with yours, i don't want to take more burden by taking parallel two loans.

Please resolve it either disbursed it or remove my signed nach from your system otherwise i need to go other suitable option.

Please help with me as app showing that my loan application money disbursed on saturday 21 sept 2019, but still today is monday evening 23, sept 2019 no money credited in my bank account and loan started as in app showning, i already put an email, plz call me or rest disbursed it early. People applied loan for urgent requirement of mkney, as i can't go for another option had no clues what is happening.. Do not have customer call no... Please solve it asap.

Hi satyam, apologies for the delay in the disbursal you will receive the loan amount within 24 hrs into your account, please do let us know if this is delayed and we would surely assist you in it.

Please help me asap. Can you please call me to update?

Attaching bank statement as no loan amount credited to my account as of now, please change the same in my paysense loan application as its showing disbursement.

Suggest further step i can go? Cause when its taking too much time to disbursement then nothing means to apply for paperless loan, would have applied other agencies.

Do reply over this email that helps me to figure it out.

Its been 20 days, NO Money disbursed to my bank account as well as confirmed from your side, Loan Account Number [protected] and email id satyamyadav70[@]gmail.com,

I am not getting any response from paysense, first NACH Activated and EMI will start from 5 Nov 2019, Already submitted required details with your company, First you said that it will come by 25 Sept, then by 7 oct, now technically its being feeling cheated, I have only option to file complaint and go in court.

If your company having technical issues for disb then How NACH Activated with my bank account. It is emotional harassment what are you doing so, check it from your end now, Help me for further steps otherwise will surely go in consumer court, RBI and session court for the same.

    I had applied for a loan of 100000 rs on 1st august 2019. I was asked to sign an agreement and a nach form after that. Today its 1st october now but the amount has not been credited into my account yet. What is the point of applying for an instant loan when it takes so many days. I am just being asked to wait for 7 days but its been more than 50days please help me through this my registerd mobile number is [protected]

    Yes Today only i got call from paysense they said they are going to cancel my loan and request me to reapply again after the cancellation my advice for you is to complain about your problem in consumerhelpline.gov.in

      The worst finance service ever. Paysense app retrieving all contact information from customer mobiles and collection executives calling customer's relations and asking to pay the emi. Sometimes emi may be delay due to unavoidable situations. Some tele-calling people are calling and saying that they are calling from cibil (Misusing). Some executives saying customer's colleagues like "your colleague used your pan card to get the loan". They will call you 1000+ times per day. Some idiotic collection executives reach customers through whatsapp and keep calling.

      They steal customer's all personal information. Misbehaving with customers. Using arrogant telecalling executives. Working against law. Interest rate is very very high.

      Please don't get any loans from paysense. They are scammers. Frauds.

        Hi my self sai teja i applied loan on paysense i got 1lakh approved on 12th aug 2019 and i did all my esign formalities and submit nach form after that in app it shows amount got disbursed to my bank account but amount not credited in my bank account i tried all possibilities to contact them there is no response from them recently i got a call he said there is technical issue so it will take 1week to disbursed but still not credited in my bank account its been more than 45days i’m waiting for the loan amount in disparate please help me through this and check out the attached pics

        Look paysense if you are having technical issues then how can you mandate ECS and update EMI without crediting the amount.

        Stop this right here. Revise the emi dates as well.

        have taken loan from paysense. I delayed one EMI. These people are hacking my phone and taking contacts and asking my contacts people to clear my missed EMI. how nonsense these people are. I am going to file cyber crime on this issue.

          I am firdous alam. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com on 25th sep your executive ask me to send pdf copy of bank statement, and i send them my bank statement but still i did not receive loan amount in my bank account. I don't know what is this happening? When will i get my laon in my account atleast plz reply properly after checking the status. You just say anything in reply. I want proper answer that when my loan will disbursed? Also today i submit my nach hardcopy to your executive.

            I have applied loan from paysense my loan approved on 20th and application showing status your loan amount disused in your bank account on 21st september and i got massage email your loan amount is credited your account but don't receive any amount my emi schedule shows in application on5th november start date i will try contact many times to paysense team by whatsapp and email they will reply wait for 24hours every time and i will receive mail from paysense thy reply your loan amount is credited to your bank if you not received please share bank account statement. Iwill send this also. I don't know what kind of service is this please help this matter. Nach and documents is also collected by paysense executive. But still i didn't receive my loan amount. Please help on this matter.

                Paysense has made multiple calls to random numbers from my contact list from their mumbai number +91 [protected] asking for my missed emi for the loan i took from the company.

                This is harassing the customer and such unauthorised use is unacceptable, and is a cybercrime to use such private details please log a case and take strict action against them

                  Shall I post the call recordings here? Then you will get to know my details and their details. The telecaller extracted the contact from my mobile app and called my wife's father. Because I have saved a number as "Wife Dad". How pathetic it is! You cannot simply ignore or refuse this. I can share the all call recordings here.

                    My registered emial id is [protected]@gmail.com, i got msg from my bank that my nach mandate has been set up tht mean my emi will get deduct directly from my bank but i did not get money in my account yet amount is disbursed but not credited to my bnk account. I am very tensed emi will deduct auto and i did not get any loan in my account. Really bad paysense there are not replying my mail.

I applied a loan of 75000 rs in paysense it got approved and i did all my e-sign formalities in app its shows amount got disbursed but it didn’t credit in my bank account its shows amount disbursed on 19 september 2019 still amount didn’t credit in my bank account please help me through this and they activated my emi also but i got no money in my bank account and i sent 15 mail to paysense support team but no repply at all. Please solve this asap

                        Hi there,
                        I have taken a loan from paysense. I've paid the first emi manually since auto nach was not done properly by my bank. But everyday when i check the paysense app, it shows that i should pay a penal charges of 5 rupees everyday. I've emailed them but no response. I've never missed any emi payments from any vendor ever because its not right or ethical. I loved the idea of paysense and how fast it works but i shouldn't be charged for penalty if i paid everything on time right? Also, if this get sorted, i would still have a trust on the company. Things like this happen but i don't want it to affect my cibil. Please help me on this.

                        I took loan from paysense for 15 EMI's and i paid 10 EMI's. Due to salary account changes and job change i am delayed by two EMI's

                        But these people calling to old people in our family and blackmailing them and using un-parliamentary language

                                Hi,

                                I have 2 complaints, after following up, contacting different people from july, it took 2 months to discuss and close my loan, eventually my charges and due increased. Prachi mam from collections is one i dealt with for a month, after that i spoke with milind sir and he asked me to pay 20000 and will close the loan which i paid 2 weeks back but still my loan is not closed and i am receiving calls and messages. I also paid 2500 in july, spoke with nikhil and prachi mam and they just ask 2 days to check and confirm and i have not heard anything back. I have paid 20000 so please close my loan and update me soon also refund my 2500 back asap. I will lodge a legal complaint as i have waited for 2 months now, need immediate attention

                                  My second loan 1st emi i made successfully from enach auto debit from account but paysense deducted the amount rs.4, 978 something instead of rs.5900 because of this in paysense app it was showing overdue i sent so many requests to resolve this so after that as per their request even after completely paysense mistake also i paid again rs.916 something so everything is clear but still i am getting messages that still due pending rs.590. They only from enach option deducted wrong so after that i paid remaining amount because i am not paying manually it is auto debit option from paysense. Why should i pay extra again rs.590.
                                  Because of this my cibil score effecting without my mistake i never missed my emi's with paysense but because their end mistake i suffering now.
                                  I am just salary employee every month i have planned budget i can't take extra money even i can't spend 1 rupee extra this is my life. I am paying emi on time maintaining my life. They did these kind of mistakes and making extra money. So this is not mistake i will not even one rupee extra.

                                    Hi i applied a loan of 1lakh rs in paysense it got approved and i did all my e-sign formalities in app its shows amount got disbursed but it didn’t credit in my bank account its shows amount disbursed on aug12th still amount didn’t credit in my bank account its been a month please help me through this and they activated my emi also but no money in my bank account

                                    I got a call on 17thsep 2019 he asked to wait for 7days to disburse amount in your account im waiting for it in disperate amount still not credited in my bank account please help me. My loan got approved on 12th aug its been 1and half month still amount didn’t credit in my bank account

                                        I have applied the loan on 27 th august 2019 and the signed the document manually which was collected by the executive and also sent the copy through mail for early proacess, loan approved on 4 th of this month's as per the process, it has been completed 5 working till now amount not dsibursed the money to my account, as per company policy it is an instant loan company,

                                        Dear paysense is this fair when we posted delay in dsibrusal so u ppl updated the information in the app and requested to apply gain, already we applied for an need of emergency after 7 days u have been suggest us to reapply again
