I have applied for top up loan on paysense app on 15/07/2019 they approved and send message on 22/07/2019 your loan amount disbursed to your state bank account but still i did not get my amount in bank account. I send mails but they are not giving any proper response and did not contact me app is showing amount disbursed to bank account.. My loan account number is sl2465442. I took a loan of 200000 and they have screwed my happiness as they took my all contacts and called for all my friends and spoke roughly and telling my relatives that i gave their number and they have to pay
humble request never take a loan from paysense first they will take ur contacts as you install app and u cant uninstall that app also really very bad experience.

I have taken loan from this NBFC twice with Loan account number SL1293271 and SL957081 on 23/05/2018 and 03/08/2017 of rs 88000 each. They provide loan in tie up with IIFL. for the first time loan, they had taken few documents as well. However in my CIBIL report i can see 4 more loans from this company on my pan card and documents with Loan Account Number and date as follows:-

This complaint is against paysense they are misusing the permission that is allowed by the consumers to access the contacts in cellphones they call anyone and abuse them on mother sister and daughters. If this is really a platform that can help me please suggest some actions. I had applied for a personal loan on 21'st july 2019. It was approved by paysense. Later they sent a verification person and also collected my nach form duly signed by me. I then got a message that amount will be credited to my account in 24 hours. After that i again was updated that it will take 48 hours. All the said time is over. There is no response from them to my mail or query.

I submitted my nach form however i received message from my bank that nach form is not clear i have asked to payscense to send their executives to take new nach form but no one is responding my emi will be bounced and cibil score will also be effected. PaySense = Checking your limit of Patience.

I should have read all the reviews before applying for loan. All the reviews here are true. And never seen such an unprofessional company. How can you charge Pre-Emi from a fake disbursement date. Its almost 8 days but paysense still not disbursed loan amount. When i mail the they always send system genretad mail... You wait 24-48 hours. Before 2 days they mail me your loan amout has intitated for disbursement please wait 48 hours but its now three days. But still not any status about disbursement.

I have submitted all the documents, including nach form, after their repeated mail i sent nach form to their mail id, then in two different mails they mentioned different whatsapp number, i sent scan copy of nach to them as well, then one guy comes and picks the physically signed form next day, then another guy comes day after, they also pick the duly signed nach form from me. On 20th june 2019. I was applied for a loan through paysense app. I signed the e loan agreement on 21th june after that a paysense compnay executive singed a nach farm on 21th june. Showing your loan is approved and. We will disburse the money after or agent collect your singed auto debit farm (Nach).
But i have singed nach farm... Paysens has not disbursed my loan amount yet.
While company policy is that get instantly funds....

This payment company collection team has gone so so low and guttery that they have called the old age parents of mine and abused them. Literally abused. They also called the other family members of my contact list and literally said some unspeakable things to them. And all this because i missed my emi for 12 days. I paid 28 emi and was left out with 3 only and these scums ruined my reputation my family reputation in front of all of my relatives....

Paysense has misused my phone and download the contact list without my permission. Their scan call centre has called each and every one in my contact list and spoke abusive words. They has violated the privacy and with i have filed a non bailable complaint against the firm employee. The number have been traced, which were used to make fake collection calls. I am gating calls from recovery agent of Paysense and using abusing languages and threatening to my dad and mom on call and even calling on my all contact number and saying i have given number in reference.this paysense recovery team are using abusive languages and provoking me to use abusive language, they dont know how to talk with customer, i have send couple of mails to [protected]@paysense.com but dont get any reply......
