Hi Sir/Madam, I am really very much frustrated with Paysense service. Every month they are charging extra[protected] without any reason. Even though i am paying the payment on time and asking them to update but they are not updating the payment on time. Even August Month EMI is still not updated again although i have made payment on 5th August and they confirmed in the chat that they already updated. It looks like fraud things with the customer.

Please see the history and i guess they have charged more than 10k as penalty without any reason and since i am not in india hence sometimes i unable to login into the apps as my india number does not work and they are taking benefits of this and simply telling that payment updated although payment still pending. I will go till any escalation level if my problem is not going to resolve and if i will not get the extra 10k which is charged as penalty as well as this month EMI is still not updated as i have made payment and shared the details already.

    Hi i have applied a loan and it got approved and received a mail and text stating money will credited within 24 hrs now when i am asking about disbursal they are saying 5 days why should i wait for 5 days i would have opted for offline bank accounts with lower rate of interest andminimum and zero foreclosure charges. Whats the advantage of taking loan with you

      My loan id is SL2425152. I have received the alert on stating that loan has been disbursed and has been credited in my bank account and even paysense have updated emi over the app. While i have checked the same in my account it is not yet credited. because My updates Bank Account All ready Closed on January 2019.
      I have mailed to support id with bank statement but i have not received any response till time. It is a panic situation for me and i am felling like suicide. I am already depressed and thats why opt for the loan but these people hardly bothers on this.

      Please help me paysense or else you will be only responsible if something happens to me in depression state of mind.

        I have applied for a personal loan through paysense.. Instant personal loan app, where i they have verified all, the documents and after verifying they have approved a loan amount of rs.35000/- on 30th of july'2019. One of their executive called me up from ho and sent me a link, where in i can download the nach form and submit the same for disbursal of my loan amount to the quickest and also on the same day they have sent their executive to collect the docs and get the signature on nach form in person on 30th of july. After reminding them quite a few times, they have not disbursed the loan amount in my bank account, mentioning it will take 3-5 working days after the loan get approved. Today is 8th of august but still they have not disbursed the loan amount. And if they are not financially capable then they should not play with the emotions of people and stop manipulating their own words. World is small and hence they should be capable enough to process everything smoothly.

        They show 2 different amount i forward mail to them but I never get any response from that side then they debited money from my account still show some amount is left I tried to pay that but there is no icon for paying they are charging me penalty I have sufficient balance in my account everyday I am forwarding mail to them nobody contact me

          This is an online loan app.

          I have taken a loan for 24 months from them and tried to prepay the loan.
          When enquired with the team, they shared some current account details to transfer the money.

          Its been two months after the money paid back but still they are deducting emi for the mentioned loan.

          When i try to reach them,
          No one responses for mails and no call back.

          Apologies for the inconveince caused to you due to this as we can see that we had asked you to send the statement which we have received it on July 9 and we replied to you on 15 July that we will get the payments mapped.

          This delay happened beacuse the UTR which we received on 18 June was not the complete UTR in the foreclosure form.

          But don't need worry we will surely refund the extra amount to you.

            I had 8 loans with paysense and paid all emis on time. Due to some issues i missed on couple of payments. I want to talk with someone to close this however no way to reach, no response to my emails, no response from the mansoor khan

What ### is this. Your company is harassing with messages and when I am emailing and calling your collections team, they are not interested and not responding.                 I took a loan of 200000 and they have screwed my happiness as they took my all contacts and called for all my friends and spoke roughly and telling my relatives that i gave their number and they have to pay
                humble request never take a loan from paysense first they will take ur contacts as you install app and u cant uninstall that app also really very bad experience.

                becoz of company fault,
                paysense has sent me nach farm too, late and
                i have submitted singed nach farm .. all process done...

                We do not have a customer support number but you can always request for a callback through the app and we respond to you within 48 working hours. Also, your loan has been rejected because you are unable to meet our policy requirements. Please note that your details are verified at multiple checkpoints and if you fail to meet our loan eligibility criterias then your app does get rejected.                   I have taken loan from this NBFC twice with Loan account number SL1293271 and SL957081 on 23/05/2018 and 03/08/2017 of rs 88000 each. They provide loan in tie up with IIFL. for the first time loan, they had taken few documents as well. However in my CIBIL report i can see 4 more loans from this company on my pan card and documents with Loan Account Number and date as follows:-

                  SL[protected]/08/2018 3500
                  SL[protected]/07/2018 5000
                  SL[protected]/07/2018 5000

                  Above mentioned 4 loans were not taken by me but they are reflecting on my pan card which means their employees have used my documents to take a loan and do the fraud. If NBFCs will start doing such frauds, how can we expect to be safe financially.

                  I need an explaination and compensation from banks side on this.

                    This complaint is against paysense they are misusing the permission that is allowed by the consumers to access the contacts in cellphones they call anyone and abuse them on mother sister and daughters. If this is really a platform that can help me please suggest some actions. I have got people whom i havent spoke for year are calling me and saying that they got abused and the contact number is [protected]. My emis were delayed because paysense wasn't able to withdraw the emis from my back account as i had already signed the nach form. I kept requesting paysense to send the nach form to my bank so you will be easily able to deduct my emi from my bank account but they always tell me that it will take time and no one listened. I even tried to tell them to not abuse requested. Even though they asked me to deposit emi in their account and i deposited the same, but the balance was same as they didn't show it on records. Attached is the screenshot of the payment. Still they continue to harass me. Please help.

                    I do see that the support team have answered your query raised by you and have mapped your payment. Also, please note that NACH is controlled by your Bank if they reject it then we cannot do anything in this matter, we do make two attempts towards your NACH presentation. However, even if your NACH is rejected we do make a link available in the app through which you can make timely payment using either your debit card or net banking. As I have checked your account, it shows that you have overdues payment towards your EMI for more than 7 months now. Would request you to make timely payments as delay in making them only hampers your credit profile. If you have further concerns or need assistance please write to us at [protected]@gopaysense.com

                      I took loan from paysense however i paid all tha emi on time till 10 months.. But only for this month in july i skip the payment due to my family issues. After which i started getting call from paysense team member sawant who repeatedly calling me and using abusive language and also threatening me... Kindly look into this matter as already told him that i will clear all the payment in next month but he is notbready to listen at all... I have call recordings and i had already lodged the complaint regarding this in near by police station and national consumer forum..

                          I had applied for a personal loan on 21'st july 2019. It was approved by paysense. Later they sent a verification person and also collected my nach form duly signed by me. I then got a message that amount will be credited to my account in 24 hours. After that i again was updated that it will take 48 hours. All the said time is over. There is no response from them to my mail or query.
                          Today is 27'th july. Please let me know when exactly will the amt. Be credited, as i have already signed the nach forms for emi deduction.

                            One loan has been taken loan from payscense. I submitted my nach form however i received message from my bank that nach form is not clear i have asked to payscense to send their executives to take new nach form but no one is responding my emi will be bounced and cibil score will also be effected. I shall be treated as defaulter without my default.

                            I do see that regular follow up was taken on your case and the support team has also contacted you and explained you the complete details how the Payment needs to be made etc. Please note that NACH rejection does not impact the customers CIBIL in negative manner. Even if the NACH is rejected then timley payments can still be made through the link made available in the app a couple of days before your EMI date. I have received the alert on stating that loan has been disbursed and has been credited in my bank account and even paysense have updated emi over the app. While i have checked the same in my account it is not yet credited. because My updates Bank Account All ready Closed on January 2019.
                              I have mailed to support id with bank statement but i have not received any response till time. It is a panic situation for me and i am felling like suicide. I am already depressed and thats why opt for the loan but these people hardly bothers on this.

                              Please help me paysense or else you will be only responsible if something happens to me in depression state of mind.

                                PaySense = Checking your limit of Patience.

                                I should have read all the reviews before applying for loan. All the reviews here are true. And never seen such an unprofessional company. How can you charge Pre-Emi from a fake disbursement date. Loan is virtually disbursed on Saturday. Assumingly they did Neft and not IMPS. I waited for Monday morning to come, the amount should have hit the bank account by now. It shows that in reality they did not disburse the money on that date. Then who entitled you to start charging pre-emi from that date. RBI must take a note of all the complaints. Its an unethical company.

                                Apologies for the inconveince caused to you due to the disbursal delay and this happed due to technical issue the Bank's end and we would not want our customers to get imapacted due to this and we will refund you the Amount of Rs 360 to your account beacuse the loan was sent 2 days late as per the disbursal date mentioned on the App.

                                Please co-operate with us on this and we will try our best to get this refund as soon as possible.
                                I received a message from Paysense saying that the loan has been disbursed to my account yesterday 20 July 2019 but amount not credited to my account. Please help.

                                  Its almost 8 days but paysense still not disbursed loan amount. When i mail the they always send system genretad mail... You wait 24-48 hours. Before 2 days they mail me your loan amout has intitated for disbursement please wait 48 hours but its now three days. But still not any status about disbursement.

                                    I have submitted all the documents, including nach form, after their repeated mail i sent nach form to their mail id, then in two different mails they mentioned different whatsapp number, i sent scan copy of nach to them as well, then one guy comes and picks the physically signed form next day, then another guy comes day after, they also pick the duly signed nach form from me. I forgot to say in their repetative mail they also sent an offer saying, if nach is submitted through whatapp or mail then customer will get amazon voucher, which i never received. The mail also stated that once it is submitted online then immediately loan will be disbursed. Well its been almost a weeks time, they have not even changed the status and its still showing " we will disburse the money once nach form is collected by agent. Boss can someone tell when the loan will be disbursed.in case it is not going to get disbursed then change the status to rejected. But don't promise fake things like instant disbursement. It is not the case. Rely on some other app for instant disbursement, this is not what you looking for.

                                      Please note that your NACH (auto debit) has been approved by your Bank hence there was an ECS deduction on the 3rd of this month. I do see that we have received your payment twice this month as you made the payment through debit card as well. Be rest assured that the excess funds received from you will be adjusted towards your EMI for the month of August. However, request you to not make future payments through debit card as your auto debit has been activated by the bank. You only need to ensure that you have sufficient balance maintained in your account one day prior to your EMI date so that the ECS can leave your account sucessfully.
