On 20th june 2019. I was applied for a loan through paysense app. I signed the e loan agreement on 21th june after that a paysense compnay executive singed a nach farm on 21th june. Showing your loan is approved and. We will disburse the money after or agent collect your singed auto debit farm (Nach).
But i have singed nach farm... Paysens has not disbursed my loan amount yet.
While company policy is that get instantly funds.

This payment company collection team has gone so so low and guttery that they have called the old age parents of mine and abused them. Literally abused. They also called the other family members of my contact list and literally said some unspeakable things to them. And all this because i missed my emi for 12 days. I paid 28 emi and was left out with 3 only and these scums ruined my reputation my family reputation in front of all of my relatives. I will pay my dues. But i promise that now i am gonna invest a good amount of time to make a permanent dent in this company. Even if i have to kill someone.

Paysense has misused my phone and download the contact list without my permission. Their scan call centre has called each and every one in my contact list and spoke abusive words. They has violated the privacy and with i have filed a non bailable complaint against the firm employee. The number have been traced, which were used to make fake collection calls. A letter to same has been sent to rbi. With thisove and fraud activity, i advice people to not use paysense services. We have recorded conversation and same has been submitted to court. We have sent legal notice and we didn't not get any response.

As a move to spread awareness and information protection act. We have started an instagram page to help depressed people in need

I am gating calls from recovery agent of Paysense and using abusing languages and threatening to my dad and mom on call and even calling on my all contact number and saying i have given number in reference.this paysense recovery team are using abusive languages and provoking me to use abusive language, they dont know how to talk with customer, i have send couple of mails to [protected]@paysense.com but dont get any reply...

I have been trying to contact Paysense to foreclose my loan and they are not responding. It's been now 8 days and apart from automated responses I have received nothing. There is no contact number or even chat service. They are behaving like thugs. I have sent multiple requests to either contact via email or by calling back and nothing happened. This is disappointing.

Dear sir/madam,
I am taking a topup loan from paysence and my on going loan is closed.
But they deducted EMI of closed loan.
I was sent a many mails to them.
They said technical error your amount will refund in 15 days. Every time I complaint they said same answer. Now it is more than 50 days.
I am not pay the current EMI because they have my money enough to clear Emi. But they are collected 690/- for late payment. I don't understand what they are doing.please help me.

Paysense is a finance provider company I have taken 100000 loan in EMI of 9480 monthly they have called me and asked to pay online I did the same but again they have debited my bank account total 16960 they have taken why they do like this and there is no customer care number for them only non voice process and this is [censored] if we dint pay EMI immediately they’ll call us but for problems no customer care number service...
Please get me a solution to this

I applied loan on pay sense, all my documents were collected by the agent .
after 3 days i got an message that the loan is disbursed, however i did not receive a thing, i sent several emails but got no answer .
then after 3 days someone called from paysense telling i will be getting by end of the day but did not get, he asked me to give the good rating of the app on play store.
now its 7 days i still did not get a thing but in the app it is showing that it is credited. Mind you people i wont pay a thing until i get a loan, its a good way to scam people.

I applied for the personal loan in paysense on may 31st after all the formalities. they collected my auto debit form on june2nd.
Today i got one mail stating my loan amount was approved and it will be credited in my account in 1 working day.
But in the app it shows my loan has been rejected. I dont know what s going on

Previous loan 9 emi installments in that I cleared 8 emi lastly 1emi was due to be pay on next month 3rd July so for top up loan additional I applied loan yesterday Saturday morning so everything applied finally got message from pay sense that ur amount will credit disburse within 24 hrs late night 11 pm I got message that ur amount credited to ur bank account...for details confirmation I checked many times bank balance amount was not credited I'm really in tension fearly no response from pay sense upto now so many times raised many mails single mail also no response I'm really fed up

I want loan from paysense of rs 1 Lakh but your agent Abhi singh provide me 61000/- loan and on 31st jan 2019 rs 58314.55 is credited in my account but your agent said that ma'am transfer this amount on my account i will cancel this loan and again will provide you rs 1 lakh loan, on same day i transferred that amount that i have also mail, , and he provide and 1 lakh amount loan threw money tab, but next month in feb 2019 i receive EMI SMS from PAYSENSE for deduction of rs 4819/-, after i spoke to Abhi singh regarding loan that he already told me about paysense loan cancel, after that he said ma'am this loan will take 3 EMI after it will autonomic cancel but this month in june it's again i receive EMI sms from paysense.and now Abhi Singh not receiving my calls and not responding me.

I think it is a fraud.

I have received email n sms that the loan amount has been disbanded on 6th june 2019 but till date it is not disbursed yet. Yesterday they told me that it will get disbursed within 24 hours but still not received any amount.

They have deducted pre emi from 6th june and still the loan amount not disbursed. They are making fool to the common people.

RBI should get involved in this and penalise for the same.

Requesting you kindly look at the said matter case I have taken personal loan from paysence for EMI of 9 month now I already laid all EMI and also I informed to mail through payments slip of my last month April and may2019..but still company heat the ecs in my account. And I also informed to collection team in many time of all amount which is payments by me...plz find tha attachment of payments slip month of April and last EMI slip...

This paysense is sending me the following message for not paying 4 emi because of my bad financial condition.
Dear amjathkhan karimulla, this is last & final warning that case under ipc section 138c of neg instruments act is now accepted in court against you for non bailable arrest warrants. If dues are not cleared today, warrants will be executed tom morning for total amt recovery of rs.52600. Clear minimum of rs.8015 to avoid legal actions. Hello i am M Gowtham took a loan in Paysense i have been paying all the emi but every month ill pay it end of the month im paying all the bills Because of your collection department calls and torture im gonna die today I'm so much pissed of im paying all the emi at end of the Month but this time your collection department called so badly and spoke so vulgerly today I'm Dying for sure how bad and cheap your people so sick you people also will understand the pain

This is the worst app ever I have seen. And most importantly is the customer support where you won't get any response from them even after multiple mails sent .I had applied loan on 23rd of May and today it's 29th still amount not received and no response from support team even after sending bank statement and all. The customer care and the collection department is horrible and cheap.
They don't have any decency. I have paid all my emi up to date since last 12months. Only last 2-3 emi is pending. I had some financial issues this month, so I got late to pay my emi on time. They cald my family members, my mother and my wife and spoke to them very rudely. They abused and threatened. They harrassed us for several days. There is this guy called Saurabh, who uses abusive language. I am filing a police complaint against him.
I would never suggest anyone to go with paysense.

Dear team,

From more than one year i am paying my emi with no miss in any month, however, this month unfortunately due to some major issues i missed payment. Which resulted the most insulting calls from paysense recovery team. They are calling all my relatives and abuse with all they have. Even i was in touch to one of there representative to whom i have been explaining the situation and is trying to get the payment done as soon as possible as it only emi which is pending rest is paid as per the schedule.

They are so much so abusive that they have not looked at the age of person talking and as soon as we pick up the call instead of talking they start abusing. Please help in this as they are even threatening and calling relatives.

One of the worst services i have never ever seen before in my life, if any complaints or request raised from customer end, no response, no reply for emails and no customer service, for whom we need to ask

Who will resolve customer issue and queries.???

If they need documents are emi pending from customer side, they will # us by doing n number call and messages...
