As i have applied for personal loan in paysense app. Amount not disbursed to in myaccount and my emi details are updated in app. The amount which they mentioned was not credited in my account. Till now i had sent nearly 10 mails. But i didnt got any reply from pay sense. Please do needful.
And my emi updated also they even not reply to my mails also......

As i have applied for topuploan in paysense app. amount NOT disbursed to in MYaccount and my emi details are updated in app. The amount which they mentioned was not credited in my account. Till now i had sent nearly 10 mails. But i didnt got any reply from pay sense. Please do needful.

I apploed a loan from the company, name paysense.
I got correct amount on my bank. I paid 6 emi on time...
Now the problem is came from the 7th emi date. Emi deduction date is 3rd of every month.
On 30th of april, 2019 i made a payment for 3rd may emi payment.
On the app there is showing that i paid the amount. But on the same app, on the home screen there is showing that i didn'tpay any amount form 3rd may....

My top up loan was approved and disbursed as per the msgs recieved and status shown in app. It's been 2 days now.

Sent 5 to 6 complaints but no reply from the customer support. I have not received the money. I really need the amount urgently. But no response and the money is not credited yet. I checked with the bank and they confirmed nothing in unclear status.

Please help....

I have been receiving lots of calls harassing me abusing my family maa bahen ki galia die wo log, they said if i don't pay they will # my family, that's a shameful statement they have made also they have been calling my contacts abusing them asking for money, they told me that they have called at least 30 people they abused them and they were laughing while telling me all about it,
Such a shameful act i want a proper action...

Respected my paysense was updated on 16 may 2019 that your loan is disbursed into account. But still my account is not credited with respected amount. So i kindly request to take it into consideration. This shouldn't be happen to any one. So i request paysense to take this compaint as consideration and resolve it fast...
It is a medical emergency understand...

As per my conversation with mr kiran, my loan amount was disbursed in my account even though i have cancelled the loan. And he told i must pay the total amount to their account and then they will cancel the loan. And after refund of the amount, they have stopped replying. And neither cancelling the loan and nor issuing the noc. I have all the call records and mails with them to prove my point. Please take some action and help me out of this...

Respected my paysense was updated on 10 may 2019 that your loan is disbursed into account. But still my account is not credited with respected amount. So i kindly request to take it into consideration. As it has been already 15 may 2019. This should be happen to any one. So I request paysense to take this compaint as consideration and resolve it fast...

Mybm name is p sasidhar sai kumar i m from guntur andhrapradesh i had applied for topuploan given by paysense app they done the top up and the actual amount of 47890 is not credited in my account and they are showing it is credited can u please take necessary action and needful for me while i m mailing to costumer support the team is not responding it is done almost all 3 working days...

I have applied for a topup loan due to my father was admitted in hospital after approving my loan in the application it says money got credited into my bank and they had scheduled me fir emi from next month onwards, not a single penny received. This is ridiculous from the paysense, i am trying to contact paysense since last 6 days on email, website. But did not get a response from your team. I applied for a loan and it got approved on 9th may and on 10th may i got the notification on email and sms that the loan is disbursed to my account but even after 6 days i am still awaiting for the funds.
And i am trying to contact paysense team but they don't have any contact number...

I had applied on 30-apr-2019. I have got the mail & message from your end on 8-may-2019 that your loan amount has been disbursed in account but still i have not received any amount credited in my account from your paysense.

I have already escalate this issue on 09-may-2019. Then they said please wait for 2 more working days we are working on it. But still i did not receive any amount from their side. And...

My loan number is sl2412371. They stats in app my loan disbursed a week before on 6th may. But till date i didn't get any amount in my account. Try to cantact more than 20 times they didn't respond me.. Then they mailed me your amount was disbursed to your account if not attached till date bank statement.. I also send the last 15days bank statement.. Them i tried to contact lot of times. But they didn't respond me. They are fooling me more...

I applied for a loan through paysense on 8th may and 2 times i received a message that loan amount is credited to your account. I was in need of the money very urgent.

I mailed them several times but they are just delaying that you will receive in a day or 2 day.

This is very frustrating and worst customer service they have provided, its totally customer harassment.

Please help...

It’s been more than a week since i got a message saying my loan has been disbursed and the loan credit status is also shown in the app, but it has still the funds have not been credited to my account. I emailed paysense and they said it will be credited by friday. Friday came and went and nothing happened. I have sent several mails since then and have received no reply!...

On 3 May 2019 my application get approved and yesterday i received a message from paysense that my money disbursed in my account [protected] ( State Bank Of India ) but when i check my account i saw that money not credited in my account. Contacted me for documents verification online. And i have shared documents to them via whatsapp. Loan application was successful.

On 7th may, the person from paysense support collected all the physical verified documents and even took signature on nach auto debit also. Saying that amount will be debited...

Hi, i applied for topup loan on 7th may but on 8th may on ur paysense app it has been showing that the amount has been credited to ur bank account but still i didn't get any amount after that i mail you on 8th may but the reply was wait for 2working days amount is credited to ur bank account. Since it's been already 13th may but still i didn't get any amount to my bank account. Please credit the amount to my bank account. I'm waiting for...

I got an email stating that the loan has been approved an it will be credited by friday. Till now i do not have anything credited in my account. I got the email on 6th may, but still nothing has been credited. This is not the correct way to approach i have sent multiple emails but got no reply back.
I have been with paysense and when i need i applied for it but every time this is the problem.

No one respnds to the emails...

I applied for a loan and after a lot of formalities and documents collection process, i received that my loan is approved and amount has been disbursed however the message i got on 7th may and it's 10 may today i didn't get money in my account. I checked with bank they said that there is no unclear upcoming payment for the said amount. I am feeling like i have been scammed or what. My loan number is sl2413151...
