Dear team,

From more than one year i am paying my emi with no miss in any month, however, this month unfortunately due to some major issues i missed payment. Which resulted the most insulting calls from paysense recovery team. They are calling all my relatives and abuse with all they have. Even i was in touch to one of there representative to whom i have been explaining the situation and is trying to get the payment done as soon as possible as it only emi which is pending rest is paid as per the schedule.

They are so much so abusive that they have not looked at the age of person talking and as soon as we pick up the call instead of talking they start abusing. Please help in this as they are even threatening and calling relatives.

    One of the worst services i have never ever seen before in my life, if any complaints or request raised from customer end, no response, no reply for emails and no customer service, for whom we need to ask

    Who will resolve customer issue and queries.???

    If they need documents are emi pending from customer side, they will # us by doing n number call and messages...

      Hello paysense,
      I have made my emi payments on time so far, however it was my 9th emi payment which i have paid of which i have all the required references. It is the paysense app which disclosed and still discloses emi payment is overdue/pending. I need to know how can i keep on making payment without knowing the status of my payment (Recent paid emi) when the only portable support i. E app also discloses wrong information, why? I had/have sent so many emails regarding the above mentioned issue, yet there is almost zero response from the paysense support team (Except the automated calls & threatening messages). I have one emi in pending (But how can i pay it when i am not even sure of my prior emi of which the payment is made).
      Please resolve this issue asap. And i shall further continue to make the remaining pending payments.

          I am now skipped one month due to my bad condition because i was left the job and family n home. They was all not supporting me. They are also leave me. Paysense team started calling daily many times and asking to pay the amount immediatly.

                  I apploed a loan from the company, name paysense.
                  I got correct amount on my bank. I paid 6 emi on time...
                  Now the problem is came from the 7th emi date. Emi deduction date is 3rd of every month.
                  On 30th of april, 2019 i made a payment for 3rd may emi payment.
                  On the app there is showing that i paid the amount. But on the same app, on the home screen there is showing that i didn'tpay any amount form 3rd may. So i have to pay 590/- as
                  Due penalty charge. Even they send me massages also. That i have to pay, other wise they will take legal action and bla bla bla...

                  I have all the screen shots. When i got the emi amount. When i made the payment.. All documents i have..
                  Even, after sending them lots of emails they didn't reply me amything. No customer care calling number they have. I have doubt now, is this is a legal compnay or they sit there to cheat their customers??

                    My top up loan was approved and disbursed as per the msgs recieved and status shown in app. It's been 2 days now.

                    Sent 5 to 6 complaints but no reply from the customer support. I have not received the money. I really need the amount urgently. But no response and the money is not credited yet. I checked with the bank and they confirmed nothing in unclear status.

                    Please help.

                      I have been receiving lots of calls harassing me abusing my family maa bahen ki galia die wo log, they said if i don't pay they will # my family, that's a shameful statement they have made also they have been calling my contacts abusing them asking for money, they told me that they have called at least 30 people they abused them and they were laughing while telling me all about it,
                      Such a shameful act i want a proper action against them also i want to know how to deal with it legally,
                      I am not gonna leave this matter as it, they abused my mother, sisters my family, they harassed me they harassed my contacts.

                          As per my conversation with mr kiran, my loan amount was disbursed in my account even though i have cancelled the loan. And he told i must pay the total amount to their account and then they will cancel the loan. And after refund of the amount, they have stopped replying. And neither cancelling the loan and nor issuing the noc. I have all the call records and mails with them to prove my point. Please take some action and help me out of this situation.

                          Paysense is not refunding for left 6 months. They are fraud and cheaters.

                          Have been promising to refund but in last 6 months they have not paid back.

                          Entire management is fraud and bunch of cheaters.

                                I have applied for a topup loan due to my father was admitted in hospital after approving my loan in the application it says money got credited into my bank and they had scheduled me fir emi from next month onwards, not a single penny received.                                   This is ridiculous from the paysense, i am trying to contact paysense since last 6 days on email, website. But did not get a response from your team. I applied for a loan and it got approved on 9th may and on 10th may i got the notification on email and sms that the loan is disbursed to my account but even after 6 days i am still awaiting for the funds.
                                  And i am trying to contact paysense team but they don't have any contact number and on the email they response after 1-2 days even after more than 10 emails, i haven't got the amount in my account.
                                  This is worst service provider, will never encourage anyone to opt paysense for their financial needs. I will take this to social media and escalate this issue.

                                    I had applied on 30-apr-2019. I have got the mail & message from your end on 8-may-2019 that your loan amount has been disbursed in account but still i have not received any amount credited in my account from your paysense.

                                    I have already escalate this issue on 09-may-2019. Then they said please wait for 2 more working days we are working on it. But still i did not receive any amount from their side. And now i cannot wait for more working days. As i have already waiting from 30-apr-2019 to till the date.

                                    So, i request you to cancel my loan application and i cannot wait for more days now. Because i think you guys are not able to provide the solution. Being a customer i am highly disappointed from your side the brand called paysense.

                                      My loan number is sl2412371. They stats in app my loan disbursed a week before on 6th may. But till date i didn't get any amount in my account. Try to cantact more than 20 times they didn't respond me.. Then they mailed me your amount was disbursed to your account if not attached till date bank statement.. I also send the last 15days bank statement.. Them i tried to contact lot of times. But they didn't respond me. They are fooling me more than 10 days.. Help to get my loan amount as much as early otherwise cancel my loan and nach on bank too.. First they want to know how to treat customers..

                                        I applied for a loan through paysense on 8th may and 2 times i received a message that loan amount is credited to your account. I was in need of the money very urgent.

                                        I mailed them several times but they are just delaying that you will receive in a day or 2 day.

                                        This is very frustrating and worst customer service they have provided, its totally customer harassment.
