Dear team,

May 6th i have applied for personal loan.

Ms. Sandhya
Ms. Ruby das
Contacted me for documents verification online. And i have shared documents to them via whatsapp. Loan application was successful.

On 7th may, the person from paysense support collected all the physical verified documents and even took signature on nach auto debit also. Saying that amount will be debited within 48 hours he left.

And after two days that is 9th may i received messages and emails from paysense saying that the amount after deducting pre emi and processing fees of xxxxxxx has been credited to my account.

I only received rs. 1 in my account on that day. And where as it says all the amount is disbursed.

By today 13th may, i have written more than 5 emails daily and sent contact me soon message through app. But no response.
Even i checked with the contacts what i got, ms. Sandhya and ms. Ruby das phone numbers they are also not recieving my calls and blocked me through whatsapp. Attached screen short of the same too.

Request you to sort out the issue soon as it's emergency.

It is two weeks now. And still no proper response form team.

At least request PaySense team to cancel the loan by which I can live my life peacefully.

Kindly do something. Either disburse loan or cancel loan.

    Hi, i applied for topup loan on 7th may but on 8th may on ur paysense app it has been showing that the amount has been credited to ur bank account but still i didn't get any amount after that i mail you on 8th may but the reply was wait for 2working days amount is credited to ur bank account. Since it's been already 13th may but still i didn't get any amount to my bank account. Please credit the amount to my bank account. I'm waiting for your reply as soon as possible clear this issue.

      I got an email stating that the loan has been approved an it will be credited by friday. Till now i do not have anything credited in my account. I got the email on 6th may, but still nothing has been credited. This is not the correct way to approach i have sent multiple emails but got no reply back.
      I have been with paysense and when i need i applied for it but every time this is the problem.

      No one respnds to the emails or neither it is possible to escalate the issue

        I applied for a loan and after a lot of formalities and documents collection process, i received that my loan is approved and amount has been disbursed however the message i got on 7th may and it's 10 may today i didn't get money in my account. I checked with bank they said that there is no unclear upcoming payment for the said amount. I am feeling like i have been scammed or what. My loan number is sl2413151

          Hi,

          I have applied for my second loan in paysense. After 3 days i got a mail like "congratulations! Your loan amount of rs. * has been disbursed to your account ending * with emi details on may 6, 2019. But still, i didn't amount to my bank account. I have sent nearly 20-30 emails but no proper response from paysense.

            I have applied for instant loan in paysense app. Paysense agent collected the document on 06-may-19. The person who collected the document said money will disbursed in 48 hrs. But on 08th may 2019 around 11 pm i got an email that your loan amount disbursed to your account and my emi details are updated in app. The amount which they mentioned was not credited in my account. Till now i had sent nearly 5 mails. But i didnt got any reply from pay sense. Please do needful.

              My loan id is sl2409338. I have received the alert on 08.05.2019 at 11 pm stating that loan has been disbursed and has been credited in my bank account and even paysense have updated emi over the app. While i have checked the same in my account it is not yet credited.
              I have mailed to support id with bank statement but i have not received any response till time. It is a panic situation for me and i am felling like suicide. I am already depressed and thats why opt for the loan but these people hardly bothers on this.

              Please help me paysense or else you will be only responsible if something happens to me in depression state of mind.

              It's been more than a week now and these paysense unprofessional people are not able to resolve this till now.

              Every time they ask for 1-2 days to get the amount released but all went vain. This is the worst every company i have seen in my life time.

              Soon I shall update this fraud to AAJ TAK '[protected]@intoday.com", " [protected]@indiatvnews.com" and ensure to expose this harassment to innocent customers.

              Look paysense if you are having technical issues then how can you mandate ECS and update EMI without crediting the amount.

              Stop this right here. Revise the emi dates as well.

                I am manish. Everything is done but loan amount is not credited till now. However app says amount credited in bank account but company is cheating and i have dropped email 3 times but not responding anyone.

                When i was applied a loan through paysense app. I was asked to submit my bank account details and upload my documents. There was some physical documents which has to be submitted who visited my place and i handed over to him all the documents and after two days. On 2nd may 2019 i received a confirmation on the paysense app stating that the amount has been disbursed to my bank account but still now it's not reflecting in my account. Paysense not even have a customer service number where i can reach them and my emi would be starting from 3rd june 2019. Really fraud company. I will not recommend any of friends and relatives to go for paysense loan.

                Help me please. I am frustrating.

                However, we want to assure you that we are a genuine firm. We do see that your loan has been approved but the transfer was unsuccessful due to IMPS failure. We have done an NEFT to your account & you should receive the amount in your account in maximum 2 working days.

                We do not have a customer support number currently, but we do reply to all our customers in 24 to 48 working hours. We have responded to your query on email, kindly check & let us know in case of any concerns.

                    I applied a loan through paysense app. I was asked to submit my bank account details and upload my documents. There was some physical documents which has to be submitted and there was a guy named rakesh who visited my place and i handed over to him all the documents and after two days i received a call from the back end team that my document was not clear so once again i scanned the copy of my documents and sent it through email. On 1st may 2019 i received a confirmation on the paysense app stating that the amount has been disbursed to my bank account but still now it's not reflecting in my account. Paysense not even have a customer service number where i can reach them and my emi would be starting from 3rd june 2019. Really fraud company. I will not recommend any of friends and relatives to go for paysense loan.

                      I had applied for the quick loan from paysense. Executives had collected documents couple of days back. In 22nd morning I received msg and email from paysense that my loan amount is disburst. On paysense app it shows that the amount is disbursed on 21st Sept. However, I never received it in my bank account. I checked with the executive who called me for documentations and nach form, he gave me paysense customer support number which is not reachable. I wrote email to paysense but got response from them..

                          I have taken a loan in paysense. At beginning, I used to pay every month. Sometimes at the beginning it was few days late for payment. For that instead of calling my alternative number your people consecutively called my minor brother and talked harshly. Later I got into contact with those executives and asked how did they got his number from my phone without permission. They skipped that issue and gave me time to pay. Isn't that fishy. Now I lost job I am paying the emi very difficulty. Yes it's my mistake to pay late. For that I am paying fine na. Without hesitation I am paying fine and take hit on cibil score. If my number is not available. I gave my alternative numbers. Never called to any of that numbers and started to call my parents, even though I'm responding. And blackmailing me through WhatsApp that if I won't pay they're gonna call my parents. My parents are not responsible for my loan. You can't call and harass them I have proof of blackmailing. And the big question is how did you got those numbers. If you get some how. First you have to try all my alternative numbers which I have given if I didn't respond you can go ahead for those numbers. Late payment is my mistake but mentally blackmailing is something can't be tolerated.they also blackmail that, they are gonna delete my account and force me pay all the rest of amount at once. They speak like I'm a criminal, mainly female executives. I am an middle class no job guy trying to get job so hard to pay back the loans. Your people has given time I really appreciate that but every time I have to beg for some time, they talk like I'm some petty criminal and disgust me. That's very painful. I am paying my emi slowly, for that I am bearing the fine and cibil effect. How much more do you want me to suffer. Someday some guy will definitely commit suicide. Maybe then you will take seriously and stop harassing.

I have been directly harrassed by your hyd recovery team.. they are directly saying that if I don't pay my emi today they will call my friends and family and harrass them. If I don't respond you to call them.. it's my mistake to pay emi late every month but except for month I paid every month. But calling bad words and threatening me is very not tolerated. I have proof too

                          No use... Still the same harrasment... They directly saying that they will harras my family... They are using dirtiest bad words.. I have WhatsApp messages to.. I have proof of them blackmailing me of harrasment.. you just replied here but didn't take any action.

                            This is naveensiddarth from jana bank actually am taking a personal lone for paysense app this two months am leave the job that's way am not done the payment on time i inform your collection executive also and i cleared the emi in a month what's an problem is your collection executive talking very very bad and contact the all my inner circle (Saved contact number) talking very badly in all my relation and family and frds coliges and all using bad words (Worst words) if you not taken the action means i pin the complaint with rbi customers support team

                              This is in regards due to some reasons am not able to pay my emi on time, collection agents from office mumbai calling my relatives and friends for the payments. I am shocked how they got my relatives no. As they traced my sim details, they had entered in my personal life and my image is on stake if something wrong will happen who will be responsible.

                              I called on that no and they were mumbaiker rowdies girls and boyes speaking rude and really wrong language.
                              They are violating rbi and trai rules. Hopeless ppl. Already

                                My brother has taken a loan, for which I have no information, now I come to know as this paysense people continues calling me n asking me to pay emi, they are threating me that they ll come to my place. my brother Have not mentioned my details anywhere still they HV my no my family members contact no. Have requested them to send me procedure of loan closure but they r not doing the same and forcing me to pay emi's on the basis of there phone calls. Have send them many e- mails but no proper response from their side. Only they call and using very bad languages.
                                Kindly help to resolve this matter.

I have paid 7 emis and then due to my job loss in jan, i could not pay last two emis of feb and mar for which i requested the company to give me some time, so that i can make and alternate arrangements to pay the pending dues or once i get my salary by end of april, i will be paying the dues. But instead of allowing me the requested time, they called my friends and families by accessing contact details from my mobile phone and started abusing them and humiliating them. Please do the needful as soon as possible and help me take an action against this company because they have breached collection rule defined by the rbi. Also to get access to contacts, they say they need contact access just to decide the credit limit while they are misusing the data.

                                    I had taken a loan in the month of july 2018
                                    The whole loan amount was paid in the month of february 2019.

                                    Still the last 3 amounts are showing as if they are processing.

                                    This is an outrage as it has severly affected my cibil score.

                                    I am disgusted by this company and request you to take severe action regarding the same...

                                      Received loan and have missed emi. Could not pay due to medical reason for which I have a very strong proof.
                                      Received call from your recovery agent and he asked me to pay which I agreed but asked some time to pay due to arrangements but he was forcing me to pay now. His manager came and started arguing stating who is my manager and give the details which I ignored and told him to come to the point wherein I WANT TO PAY and need some time but he was so stubborn that he wanted my managers name and her contacts. Later he raised his voice and said we north Indians come here and do such things and started abusing me.
                                      Now my question is why the hell he is blaming me for being a North Indian and he says he is a lacalite here. So Paysense should declare on their portal that they would not give loans to North Indians.i have the recording of it. Please ask me I will forward on your what's app number.
                                      Secondly these people have called my relatives and friends. That's fine since even they know I was going through hardship.
                                      Now these people called my children and their classmates and harassing them stating they would be in trouble since I have given their reference. Who gave the rights to call children who are below 18 years of age and some of them were crying since they are kids.How the hell did they get my childrens and their classmates numbers? Their exams are going on and now instead of studying they are frightened.
                                      I was ready to pay but now you see your agents abusing me for being a North Indian and calling my children and their classmates and threatening them.
                                      I have all the recordings. Does Paysense has any answer for this?

                                      Same issue with me and my concern was how they get my relatives and friends contacts then I found the that is installed needs contact permission and without that your loan is not processed and you will notice this only when you face such problems in your life. Whatever paysense may have promised you on your experience with their recovery department I am sure paysense will not take any action against them as just think over their app need contact access permission then in any conditions if recovery people comes in picture they start calling your relatives and friends who are their in your contact list but you will never think of giving reference to any financial institution. There should be some legal action against such process of calling relatives. Also if we go for legal they will come up with agreement that will show that we agreed with such process.

                                      And one more thing in their reply did paysense mentioned any word on how they are getting contact list and calling them.
                                      Second when I picked one call received on my friends mobile I asked them from which bank or financial institute they are calling they replied 'we don't know bank but we get your details and now that we have talked to you we will inform the bank'.

                                      I have missed emi on 3rd of Dec and after 10th of Dec, 3-4 person calling by differents numbers & abusing and warned to me and my family that jaan se maar dege and using a lot of vulgur words.
                                      Today he was call to a ladies and used vulgur words.

                                      I was requested him that please wait for next salary date i will pay both emi along with charges but those gunde dont want to listen to me.

                                      If we pay all delay charges then who gave rights to you to call to my relative and others.

                                      Please stop all these things otherwise i will not pay any amount and will meet in court with proof of your harrasment.
